Ambiance Nail Spa

I was out of town for a baseball tournament and wanted to get my toes done at a nice place. Ambience had the most 5 star reviews and I was able to get an appointment the same day with a master tech. The salon is beautiful and very clean. Joanne did a fantastic job, she really listened to my requests. The entire staff was very friendly. The rates were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this salon.

I wanted a blue-green & white ombré beach inspired dip manicure with my real nails like I always get & Mai didn’t disappoint with my request. From the professionalism, customer service, & skill she is the best nail tech I have been to that gives me everything I want and need in a nail salon experience. The other staff are also very friendly & accommodating. The place is clean, calm, & orderly with excellent nail techs. Everything you need in a nail salon without the hassle. Thanks Mai! 💙

I’ve been going to Ambiance Nail Spa for at least 5 years. Cindy is an incredible nail tech, with attention to detail, and genuine concern for how satisfied I am with the end result. I highly recommend Cindy at Ambiance without hesitation. She’s the best!

I often come to this salon on Sundays when my normal place is closed and I need my nails done quickly. While the service and timing is good, my nails never hold up after a visit here. I always get SNS and keep my nails short. The corners always chip within a week. Most of the time on day 4 I have at least one that is ruined. At my normal salon, the corners and tips never chip- even up to a month later unless I’ve had serious trauma to my hand. Ive noticed the process the tech uses at Ambiance is very different and less involved than the techs at my normal place. I’m assuming this is what causes the quick chipping.

I had a full acrylic set done by Joann on June 25th for an upcoming event. Within two days, three nails broke, forcing me to return before the event for emergency repairs. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end. In less than 2 weeks, six nails in total broke, with two causing bleeding injuries—the last one happened while I was just doing laundry. Despite this, the salon refused to offer a proper resolution. I was told it was “normal wear,” and the technician couldn’t be held responsible. Instead of a refund or complimentary correction, I was offered 10–25% off and a sugar scrub, after spending over $100 plus Uber rides to fix their repeated mistakes. This is not just a complaint about one broken nail—this is about being injured twice, returning multiple times, and then being told it’s not their responsibility. The service was rushed, the application lacked durability, and the salon ultimately dismissed my concerns. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Ohio State Cosmetology Board. Avoid if you care about safety, durability, or customer service.
