Triangle Nails

Mimi supersedes my expectations every time! She really listens to what you want and goes the extra step to make sure you're happy with the outcome. She nails the shape every time, mixes nail colors to get you that perfect shade you're looking for, offers suggestions for nail designs and really takes her time to make it right. I only want to get my nails done by her. She's fantastic!

I absolutely love triangle nails!! But I was very devastated when I left the salon today, I paid almost $100 dollars for a fill and I had taken a look at my nails and they are not even whatsoever… my cuticles are flooded with nail polish and some of the lines are completely messy. Again I love this place and will continue to go because of the amazing customer service. But I was very upset today. And I’m going to have to get them redone.

I came to triangle nails for my wedding nails. I first asked for cat eye nails and the nail tech rolled his eyes at me, but did them. But the shape was very off. I ended up coming in the next day to get them completely redone and the girl who did them cut into my nail bed and also vigorously filed them which cut my skin open on two fingers. The shape was still off , they weren’t straight and all I asked for was almond. The first two pictures is their work and the last picture is my most recent set at a different salon who captured the correct shape. Would not recommend for acrylics. I also had a pedicure which I loved my experience for that.

Hit or miss.. Some of their employees have great customer service (the employees my mom has gotten were all very friendly) others are very rude. I got the perfect design today and was so happy with them until I got home and realized they have black on all the sides from where previous polish wasn’t drilled all the way off. Thankfully it’s not super noticeable to others… very pretty nails and design just wish the man would’ve taken his time and checked for small details like that. Previous set I had, the woman was extremely rude. I did not point out anything she did wrong (didn’t cut my nails down like I asked, no polish on the left side of all my nails, design was nothing like the reference picture) because she was rude from the moment I sat down in her chair and I was ready to LEAVE. She was getting frustrated because she could not find the beige color I wanted on my ring finger, so I told her the ORANGE she brought (after she brought me 4 shades of pink and I told her no, I want a brown/tan color) was fine because she was getting frustrated and I could tell. My nails ended up chipping the following day… ALSO, My first visit here, I got a pedicure and manicure. The woman who did my manicure put earbuds in and listened to music the entire time she did my manicure. The woman who did my pedicure was not friendly at all… She did well on my toenails, as far as design and polish, but was not kind. Good place to go if you want to get in and out and don’t want to wait around, which I need considering I have a newborn and two kids at home. For the price you pay, small details should be paid attention to and customer service should be much better… only been here 3 times and have had some sort of issue every time….

I absolutely love Triangle Nails, but I especially love Nancy! I go to her for acrylics and for dip manicures- she has never disappointed me! She always shapes them perfectly and knows how to get just the right amount of product so my nails aren’t too thick or too thin. She even did my wedding nails!! I recommend Nancy to all my friends and wanted to make sure I share the love here too. ❤️
