Bad experience. 1. Cancel your appointment at the last minute. I was ready to go for appointment at 5pm, to dye my hair. Got call at last minute, and they said the girl can’t do it because she thought she needs more time on that. They close at 8pm. Then why you set me in this appointment time a week ago, if you think you need more time?? 2. One can’t cut my hair evenly on two sides of my head, sonInhave to come back to fix. (However, she was passionate about it, the attitude’s there, so I gave 20% tip to her, and the extra star for her), and the other one (my main stylist) cut shorter than what I asked, and just tell you they can’t do anything. I mean of course, but why you cut my hair short at the first place after I showed you so many times the picture?? 3. Not transparent about how much they’re going to charge. I got specialty color, and I’m naturally dark hair. They said “will get me pretty close”, and give me the plan of dye the orange color I want on my hair first (which have to bleach to reach), and let me come back for another dye, and they’ll bleach my hair the next time, WITHOUT telling me that’ll be another appointment, instead of they can’t reach what I want and split into two sessions, as I thought. The girl who did my hair can’t handle this, not communicating with me at all when I expressed I was disappointed about my hair color, and she called another owner. This owner came and expressed things like “sorry we can’t do anything”, “you want to go another salon?”, and “you think we’ll not charge for it?”, instead of just admit she’s not transparent about this thing at the front, and trying to fix. As I keep arguing with them, we finally agreed that they’ll let me come and add another color on it to make the color look closer to my expectation. However, I couldn’t go due to personal reasons. 4. Not transparent when you check out. I got free consultation with one owner, and we agreed everything together (cut+dye), will be 130 ish. And after I dye my hair, the other owner checked me out, and said 230 ish. So, how would they charge it’s a mystery thing, not transparent at all. In general, bad experience. Not recommend, and will not go again.

Jenny was our stylist. I called to make an appointment for my mother-in-law who is in a wheelchair. I asked if they could accommodate and they said that was not a problem they had a portable sink. I said she would be getting a cut and a color. They said it was fine. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment at 3:30, at 3:54 I inquired and said we had an appointment and no one has been out and they said she would be out shortly so half hour after the appointment time she finally was taken back. Jenny proceeded to try to get her to get out of the wheelchair to get in the wash chair saying the portable sink was to heavy. One of the other ladies moved it with one hand. Jenny then proceeded to stand there a half an hour trying to say there wasnt time to do the color and trying essentially to keep saying she has to tone and come back, when my daughter explained we were there to get it done tonight that there was no coming back two times because it was hard for her Jenny continued to do nothing. So long story short Jenny did nothing we were there for over an hour and she was the WORST stylist I have ever been to and my mother-in-law left without getting her hair done. I do not recommend.

I’ve been here a few times and the girls are always super sweet! They always make sure that i’m constantly comfortable and enjoying the service. I usually get facial/ skin care treatments and they never disappoint!

I love this place! My first time coming here made a wonderful impression on me. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Keke is my go to for my hair. Each time I am blown away, I leave with a smile on my face. I definitely recommend her! She’s super sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. She’s also very informative! I look forward to coming here again! 😊

I got a bang trim by Rebecca. She did a wonderful job and was so sweet. I recommend checking this place out. It was very much a vibe.
