Helen is a perfectionist and I am always so happy with my nails! She is so sweet and I appreciate that she offers suggestions upon request. The environment is calm and clean (I love scheduling later in the day for an after-work cooldown 🥰). Paul and Helen take their time to ensure their customers are satisfied. I appreciate this salon so much!

Helen was amazing did an amazing job . I have a hard time finding people to do my nails i have ocd and need them to be perfect and she nailed it 100% i showed her a picture and got exactly that this place is great 10/10 recommend

My daughter and I came in a couple months ago and received TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Since that visit we haven't been able to get back out to Howell however she has gotten her nails done twice at 2 other places and she keeps saying they are NOT AS GOOD AS Q-NAILS DAD! 💕 We will be coming back in soon, right after the New Year. Seeing Helen & Paul for my nails is one of the highlights of my month every month. These two care so much not just about nails but all of their clients. They are the reason I get my nails done. Before them I never really cared, now I’m obsessed. It’s really great to delve into my feminine side with cute nails to express myself and it’s a lot easier with a nail company who does better than you expected every single time! 💖

I was in a total crisis situation after having my nails done elsewhere and they were horrible. I booked Q nails online on a Friday asking for a Saturday appointment to fix my nails and they responded right away with an appointment first thing. The salon was clean and comfortable. Their service was impeccable. I'm so pleased with how my nails turned out and the prices were very reasonable too. I will definitely be using this salon from now on!
