I had such a great experience with Carly! She started with a thorough consultation to really understand what I was looking for, and we set the appointment afterward so she could plan the perfect approach. I wanted gray blending, and she took the time to explain the process and what to expect before we started. Her communication was excellent, pricing was very reasonable, and she made sure everything matched the look I wanted. I’m so happy with how my color turned out — the gray blending looks soft and natural! I highly recommend Carly if you’re looking for someone who listens, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about her clients.

I highly recommend Felicia and Abbey! Felicia did a couple facials for me before my wedding and is just awesome! She offered an indoor solution when I was worried about the weather for my outdoor wedding, so that goes to show she genuinely cares about her clients on top of being great at her job! Abbey did my wedding nails and is such a sweetheart! She really took the time to help me achieve the look I was wanting and I absolutely loved the end result!

I had my second massage and enjoyed them both. My only confusion was my first on i was able to have a locker, robe and enjoy the relaxation room. My second I was aakes to sit in the lobby and wait. I really enjoy the robe and relaxation room. I was a Spa Director at a resort the the full experience sells it. Was very happy that there was an opening for a manicure and tips! Everyone is always friendly and professional!

Let me start by saying my 3 stars is no reflection of my massage therapist, Tammy. Tammy was phenomenal, the massage was phenomenal! Next, let me say this review is not to tear the business down by any means, but meant to be constructive criticism because overall my experience was good, but some things would’ve made it better. As soon as I walked in I immediately notice how cluttered the reception area is, too many things going on, a bunch of crap for sale that is irrelevant to the type of business this is. Just cluttered & messy. If you want to keep the stuff, it needs to be moved to free that reception area. Next, and this was the biggest turnoff, the receptionist I had needs training on how to greet & present the spa. She took me back to the locker room, said there’s a locker with my name on, come out & go to the relaxation area & pointed to where that was. That may not seem that bad, BUT I would’ve felt far more welcome had she said something like “You’ll find a locker with your name on it & a robe inside, you can find slippers on the rack on this wall (point), and once you’re undressed & ready you may have a seat in our relaxation area over here (point)” and then maybe offer me water if that’s available. She just wasn’t pleasant or thorough & that’s important to make someone that isn’t familiar with the business, comfortable. Next, the relaxation area isn’t relaxing at all. It’s also cluttered & it’s just noisy because employees are constantly walking by talking. The massage therapists were quiet but other employees were not. It just could be in a better space or somehow closed off more or something. That part wasn’t a super big deal, just something I noticed. It’s also very outdated looking but that may just be the owners style & just personal preference which is fine, but in my opinion it could use some care & upgrading, the furniture was quite worn looking. Last, and this was a big deal, the noise level in the massage room was too loud. I could hear everyone talking, every creaky opening & closing of the door outside the room. The music was initially a little loud for my liking but after asking her to turn it down a tad I kind of regretted it because it was so noisy outside the room. I did happen to notice after leaving that the business is moving to a new location & hopefully some of these issues will be addressed with the new space. I will definitely visit again once you’ve relocated.

Extremely disappointed! Haley gave a wonderful Total Euphoria massage -- but they had a party of 17 ladies at the same time. I was given a locker in the men's room, the party was in the lounge and there was no room to sit or stand -- so I spent 1/2 hour sitting on the slipper rack in the men's room, staring at the urinal. The party was festive & loud -- perfect for a celebration, but not appropriate for a relaxing spa experience. I could still hear the party while in the massage room. Wish I would have been advised of the party, I would not have booked on the same day. It was NOT the experience I was looking-forward to.
