I have never paid so much money to have my hair not turn out the way I asked. Everyone was very nice, but this salon experience costed me hundreds of dollars and I was in tears for hours over the result of my hair. I came in very blonde with a lot of root grow out. I said I loved my blonde hair, but I wanted it to be a bit easier to keep up with, so we decided some highlights and some lowlights to make the grow out blend better. The end result was all of my blonde hair gone. It didnt look horrible so I tried to love it. I woke up the next morning and before I even got out of bed, I was in tears because of my hair. I spend the entire day crying, wishing I would have just gone to sallys and did a root touch up myself. I decided to call because I spent $175 on my hair. They fit me in the next day, then told me I had to pay for materials because I "changed my mind" which wasn't the case, I always wanted my hair blonde, but whatever, I said as long as its not too much because I've already paid a lot. All said and done, I'm charged another $72. That's absolutely insane. Not to mention I ended up with ugly stripey highlights. $257 ($297 afyer tip) and I'm so beyond disappointed and pissed off about the amount of money I spent and the result of my hair. Worst salon experience of my life!

I went for a facial with Alissa, she is amazing. Highly recommend her. Also had a manicure 💅 with Amanda she was also amazing. She's helping me fix a terrible manicure that I received at Walmart. The place was beautifully decorated and super clean. I walked away feeling so much better. Thank you to the staff at Avanti. The receptionist was very helpful and very nice.

5 stars for Skylir! She was AMAZING at fixing brassy highlights I got at another salon earlier in the week. I loved how she showed me the swatches of color she was going to use. After we toned my hair once she wanted to dry a patch to see the color when dry. She still thought it was brassy so she brought me back to the bowl to tone one more time. I thought this was especially professional of her, to ensure that the end result was what I was hoping for. The salon is very cute and definitely a place you can get ALL your spa services done. I cannot wait to go back and see Skylir for my color again.

I see Amanda for my pedicures and Christina for hair. I love going here, and these ladies feel like family to me! This salon also has cute accessories, I have purchased a few unique hair clips and earrings here.

Awful experience, I have tried to schedule 2 haircuts, and both have been cancelled about an hour before based on being too busy, yet when I drive by they have 3 cars in the lot. Not worth the wait or struggle.
