Gemini Salon and Day Spa

Got my nails done on 12/10 spent $54. She did a really good job on the art and took her time. Not even a week later one chipped and 4 other nails came off completely. Was told they wouldn’t come off until 3 weeks and I had to come back to get them off. I did the dip powder.

I went in on September 13th for an updo for our son's wedding. I told Theresa that I just had a perm last week. She does my hair with a curling iron that was smoking and smelled horrible. She completely ruined my hair that I have been growing for 6 years! Everyone always gave me compliments on how health my hair was. Now it has no curl, is like straw, knotted and still smells burnt. I went to talk to her today about it and when I said my hair is like straw, her response was "honey, your hair was straw when you came in". Then she turned and walked away! That was it! Very unprofessional and uncalled for! I would never recommend going here and I wish I could give it zero stars!

I had such a great experience with Theresa! Thanks for fixing my hair and making the color look beautiful! And the front desk staff was kind as always. We're lucky to have them here in Chelsea.

Initially I liked my nails, Morgan took her time and made sure I was happy with them. My problem lies in the fact that they started to chip and then chunks came off within a week. I’ve never had this happen. I tried to contact them to notify them (no response) maybe the polish needs to be changed out, I’m not sure. Expensive for nails that don’t last. I would have physically went back to show them but sadly I do not live in the area. Update: no one cared to respond to me, essentially 70$ to ruin my nails

I’m an out of town one time visitor of Gemini salon and I am so happy I chose them for my wedding hairstyle. My niece was getting married nearby and I needed someone to style my hair for the big day. I got paired with Lisa and she was wonderful. She did an amazing job and I got so many compliments on my hair! My curls held up all day and night and still looked great the next morning. Thank you so much Lisa!!
