2025-11-09went for an updo. Wasn't told it would be a student. Obvious she was inexperienced. She curled my hair and held the back up with 10 pins. Then sprayed. Took 15 minutes. Charged me $56. Didn't tease my hair. Bangs, didn't touch. Part looked awful. She was new, I felt bad for her, she's learning. But TELL ME before I spend my money. The little card on her mirror that says she's new is too late. I'm in the chair. No time to change salons. No way I'll return

2025-08-30Emilee did a fantastic job on my eyebrows! But I will not be back as I was wearing my natural hair when I came in and one of the women (not the receptionist) asked am I getting my hair done. I can't go to a place where the women are ignorant on natural black women's hair so they lost a potential customer and I was planning on getting my nails and others waxes there as I live less than 10 minutes away. Don't like the vibe. Hair can be done without it being straight! Learn what not to say.

2023-02-03I have some crazy thick and curly hair and it's very difficult finding a stylist that can handle all of it. I've now been seeing Hayley for over a year and absolutely adore her. She does a fantastic job on all my cuts and colors. She's given me good advice and suggested products to keep my curls nice and full. She also does neat designs in my undercut. I would recommend her to anyone who has thick curly hair.

2025-09-07I'm very picky at who touches my hair, so when scheduling my appointment because I'm new to the area I asked questions. I was looking for someone who specializes in blonde hair. I'm naturally a brunette, with lots of blonde highlights. I was told a girl newer to the industry was available. I agreed, wondering if she could pull off what I was looking to achieve. I checked in and had to sign a release that they would not responsible, which is fine. In my mind, I was having second thoughts. New girl, now a release. YIKES! I was then introduced to Isabela Collett and when I say she knocked it out of the park, is an understatement. She did a fantastic job and I'm glad I found her! She will be my new go to in this area. She listened, she took her time, she was professional and she did an amazing job! The salon was clean, neat, and organized.
