I’ve been getting my nails done at this place for a while now, and they always do such a great and neat job. This time, Toby did my nails, and I really loved his work! Everyone there is talented, but I especially liked Toby’s style — he was so kind and helped me pick the perfect color. I also loved the almond shape he did for me. I’m very happy with my nails this time! 💅

I’m a loyal client—coming in every 4–5 weeks and typically spending $250–$300 each visit—so I believe in giving fair feedback. Original Experience: Signature Nails and Spa had been my go-to for walk-in appointments. Mike’s work has always been outstanding—meticulous, never rushed, and with incredible massages. The environment is clean, peaceful, and free from distractions like the news on loud TVs. However, I’ve had several recent experiences that disrupted the quality I came to expect. When Mike is eunavailable, I’ve received thick, uneven dip powder from other techs. When I brought it up, management claimed this was necessary for adhesion—something I know isn’t accurate. I’m a licensed cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience getting my nails done, so I know when I’m being given an excuse. The Chrome Design Incident: Most recently, I requested a Chrome design. The application didn’t go well—the product was streaked badly, and the technician seemed visibly frustrated. I suggested fixing just a few obvious spots to save time (as I had already waited 90 minutes), but the manager told me that “chrome designs are always streaky and only look smooth in Photoshopped pictures,” which was both absurd and dismissive. I left with nails that were chipping within days. But here’s where things turned around: Resolution: Mike was out sick, so I returned and was able to get my nails redone by Amy, who was extremely professional and did an excellent job. I’ll definitely be saving her information for future visits. The manager also handled the situation diligently—offering me a full refund for the original design. I chose to forward that amount directly to Amy as a tip for completing my set. They genuinely just wanted me to be happy with my nails, and that effort showed. We decided to skip the chrome and go with a beautiful, shimmery, more natural-looking alternative that held up much better. I’ve included updated photos showing what we went with instead. Final Thoughts: While I’ve had a few rocky experiences here, I appreciate the way they resolved this one. That level of professionalism and customer care goes a long way. I hope they continue to improve consistency across all technicians and services because when they’re good, they’re really good.

I have been visiting Signature Nails to get my nails done every once in a while for years. I have always had great service and great quality nails leaving the salon. Today, however, i felt implied to write a review. Jade gave me such stellar service. I wanted a matte finish look originally, but she provided great service and tested it out on a nail to show me what it would look like before doing my whole set. I ended up not liking the matte look, and i appreciated Jade looking out for me. I also can’t emphasize enough how beautiful of a set of acrylics she did on my nails. Probably my favorite set of nails I have ever received. Thank you, Jade & Signature Nails for always being there.

Went here on a whim- regretted it. Nails were fine, a little uneven. After I took them off, realized my nails were filed too much and the acrylics left indents in my nails! Been over two months and the indent is still in my nails! Not to mention a simple acrylic set, no design was $80!! $80 for nails left brittle and indented is not worth it.

Extremely frustrated with my experience at signature. The person who did my nails was very kind and unproblematic. However, I showed an image of the nails I requested at the beginning and was quoted $85 by the manager. Then at checkout I was told it would be $95. When I told them that the manager had quoted me $85, she said she told me to confirm with the person doing my nails. She should have honored the price she gave me at the beginning, but instead was very rude and clearly annoyed by a paying customer. If she did not know the price, she should have said, “I don’t know”instead of giving me a false price. She should have confirmed first. I will not be returning and would advise you to go to a local business that is not burdened by customers.
