2025-10-25I came in with a broken nail and they had no problem getting it fixed! I was in and out in 30 minute. He took his time getting the broken piece off without causing more damage to the nail, and were able to find the original color!

2025-11-18I’ve been going here for about a year and a half now. Over half the the occasions I’ve come in, it didn’t seem like they cared about my appointment time at all. I have waited 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time on numerous occasions because they decided to start someone 2 minutes before my appointment. Recently, I had walked in 5 minutes early and saw the nail tech I had an appointment with had JUST started a pedicure on someone. I don’t mind waiting but after 30+ minutes, I’m a bit annoyed. Then it’s finally my turn and the tech asked me to actually move out of his station because he still needed to do an entire acrylic set on the person he was just doing a pedicure for. I was upset by this point and quietly left because I had been there 45 minutes by this point. It’s unprofessional to accept appointments and then not even attempt to stick to them. Even if they would’ve let me know when I came in that maybe my requested services couldn’t be done by the tech I requested but they could still take care of me, I would’ve been fine with that. Sadly, I will be moving my loyalty to a new salon after my experience because this wasn’t the first time and I’m sure it wouldn’t have been the last.

2025-08-15I have been there a few times before and they were pretty good. However this time was absolutely HORRIBLE!! I was there for over 2 hours soaking in water that turned cold. They kept skipping past me numerous of times saying the other customers had appointments which i understand but they should have told me that from the beginning and not had me soaking in water for 2+ hours. Eventually, I had to just get up and walk out with no apology at all. I will never be going back there again. The other customers had way more sympathy than the employees.

2025-08-05Went in for a pedicure. As we were sitting there, we noticed that no one cleans the foot tub OR their pedicure tools in between customers. The employees would put the tools back into their bucket and go right to the next person and use the same exact tools. It was every employee, not specific to just one.
