2025-02-25wanted more blonde in my hair & now i have orange patchy hair. looked fine after it was done but once i got home & was able to start messing with it, i noticed that it is orange & horribly patchy. would love to get a refund because this is unacceptable & now i have to go to another salon to try to get my hair fixed.

2025-03-21I would have rated this 0 stairs, but that wasn’t an option. First the “hair stylist” cancelled on me 3 hours before my original appointment, then I was kind enough to reschedule. During my appointment, she only washed my hair with shampoo and didn’t use conditioner. She also forgot to wash the shampoo completely out of my hair. I’m not sure who forgets how to wash hair, but that was bad. The whole appointment felt rushed and I did not like how she cut my hair. I now need to go somewhere else to fix my hair that she caused because the job she did on my hair was so bad. I do not recommend going here, if you care how your hair and you as a person are treated.
