Infinity Nails

I never get my nails done so totally clueless walking in. But my daughter and I wanted to do this as a girls day/ birthday thing. Hands down it was a great experience. I did the hybrid nails and daughter did acrylic. They were quick, professional and did an amazing job. This will be my go to nail salon!

I am still in AWE at how my nails turned out. I have gotten compliments upon compliments on them. They are so much more than I expected or asked for. Rainbow does an absolute phenomenal job and I don’t think I’ll be going to anyone else for my nails!

I wanted to get my nails done for a concert I have coming up and was really nervous to be let down by yet another local salon. I was BLOWN away, not only with how quickly the whole salon staff was working, but especially by the two women who worked on my nails. My gelx application was seriously so fast and the woman who did all the art (she hand painted ALL of it) is crazy talented!! I showed her the inspo pic and off she went. She even checked with me on all the designs before she had me cure them to make sure I was happy with what she did and actually improved some of the designs. This was such a great experience—I will definitely be back!!!

My friend and I decided to try this place due to a recommendation. We were very excited since it was her birthday nails. I will say the lady that did my toes were amazing very kind and on her game and so gentle. But the lady the did my nails in the #5 spot was opposite. She started of great but kept shaking my hand to relax which I completely understand but the attitude that came with it right out the gate was surprising. You can see in the photos that my nail beds on certain fingers were red and lifted from the drill bits. There were also nail polish in the creases of my nail bed that wasn’t cleaned up I also had polish on my finger. Then on some of the nails it had lines and dots of nail polish that you can’t really see due to the flash including bumps. At one point the lady got annoyed because there was a smudge mark on on one of my nails. Saying I need to be more careful putting my hand in the light. Which ounce again I get but she was holding my hand that whole time…. So how did I mess it up in the light. And the whole time we were Rushed. Sent me to wash my hands and came back and there was already someone in my seat where my stuff was and the same with my friend. I had to bend over the lady in the chair to get cuticle oil on before I paid. I paid $240 for my nail set and my friends nails and a pedicure for myself. With the experience we had paying that’s much, the Quality of the nails, and just the overall customer service I personally won’t be back. Also due to the fact they called me for my friends information because they “undercharged her” even tho she already paid and this was Saturday the 6th they are now just calling on the 9th. To get the money they are “owed”. A couple ours late or atleast the same day I would understand, but a whole almost 3 days…..

I have been coming to Infiniti Nails for over a year and have nothing but good things to say. They have amazing staff, produce quality work with longevity of the service, are efficient, and well priced. I recommend their services to anyone looking for a nail salon in the Rochester area, specifically Rainbow for nails.
