One of the best nails salon in Franklin Tennessee, I always have a great time, always happy with my nails. but today was different the amazing owner gifted me with a bouquet of flowers. Tyson is amazing. Thx for my flowers

I had the best pedicure here at Serenity Nail Salon. Jason was so friendly and very knowledgeable! He gave me a great pedicure. The salon was clean and beautiful. They have a very sweet front desk receptionist working there named Emma. She greeted us with a big smile and helped us so much. Junny and Jason and all the other staff at Serenity are WONDERFUL!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!!! I wish I could give 0 stars! I got a french pedicure, and the guy doing my pedicure used the scrapper on my heels to the point where my heels were RAW. I got home and my heels were literally bleeding and there is next to no skin. I went back to the store and explained my concerns (& willing to show them my bandage covered feet) and asked for a refund. They refused to do so and said since i can walk and it's no longer bleeding the best they can give me a $40 gift card. My pedicure was $70. Do NOT come here for a pedicure unless you want your skin sawed off with no compensation or care from management.

This is truly one of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. My nail tech spent over 2 and a half hours applying the acrylic and then another 30 minutes just painting them. It has never taken any nail salon that I’ve been to that long to do my nails. To add on to that, all of my nails are different lengths and shapes. There is no reason for him to spend 2 and half hours buffing and filing my nails for them all to look different and unshapely. He also kept dropping his tools on the floor and would pick them back up and use them on my nails, and although I don’t know how the nail process works entirely, this just seems very unhygienic. I spent $100 dollars on these and $10 dollar press ons would look better than my nails. I was also supposed to get a pedicure, but the guy took too long on my nails and there wasn’t enough time to get my toes done.

Took my daughter on Sunday for a birthday manicure and tips. How accommodating that Serenity was open on Sunday afternoon as many other nail salons are closed. We truly had the best experience and treatment. Serenity is under new ownership by Jason and his wife. The service was wonderful, and the conversation was just as great. Thank you for making it special for us! We will be back soon.
