2025-07-21I have been going to Erica for 15 years. Wherever she goes I will follow. She specializes in color and is extremely knowledgeable. She is easy to talk to and I always feel so comfortable sitting in her chair. My hair always looks amazing.

2020-12-20Super nice! I like how each stylist has their own room especially with current Covid situation so I’m not in a big room with lots of other people, it’s just her & I. Elizabeth Patrick did an AWESOME job on my hair!!! I love it! And she is so sweet, easy to talk to, she listened to what I wanted and it turned out better than I expected! I highly recommend her!

2022-06-23I haven't been to a salon in YEARS. Haven't made time for myself so today I did. Jamie started doing 1 person in our family's hair and now she does 4!! She's amazing with men's cuts, women's, and children's cuts. She is phenomenal at color, very knowledgeable about color and how to blend so it comes out natural. We're lucky to have someone like her who cares about her clients and LOVES making them happy😊

2020-03-12I have been going to Phoenix, Kate’s Serenity Salon, for about ten months. I have never had someone take such care in making sure my hair was exactly to my liking! Kate Schacter is so sweet, personable and truly cares about her clients. Every time she does my hair, she makes sure I am happy with it. On more than one occasion she has toned my hair more than once it if she sees something that’s not to her standards. I will never go anywhere else!
