2025-11-19This place is amazing!. The front office staff are friendly and very helpful. The Dr’s and nurses were all well informed, kind and easy to work with. The office and rooms were in excellent condition; very clean and organized. Cassie downstairs is just as amazing. Her part of the facility is so calm and relaxing. I can’t wait to go back for my facial. This office literally is a one stop shop, they do it all! You will come out looking and feeling beautiful.

2025-12-07Everything was fine with Dr. Morgan and her staff taking care of me as a patient but the out front staff at the receptionist desk were not as friendly and concerned as they should be when receiving patients. They did not seem very concerned or excited about helping you at the front desk. They were having conversations among themselves.

I always feel welcomed, have needs met, concerns addressed, get a thorough skin assessment, sound advice and care. I have been going to Bardstown Dermatology for years and I have never had any problems.
