She was supposed to do a hair style based on a picture I've showed her. And she did not produce what I asked for and refused to fix her work and unless I paid again. And the owner agreed with the stylist her even after she was made aware, and shown proof

I went in to get a haircut from Sierra. My hair was down to the middle of my back and I wanted to go shorter. I asked for it to be at the middle of mu chest and for some layers. She cut it to my shoulders and put choppy layers all throughout. My shortest layer isnt even angled and it falls above my ears. My hair looks HORRIBLE and now I’m going to have to spend more money to get it fixed and go even shorter than I wanted.

Devin forest was absolutely hideous and unprofessional to my sister in law! She asked for a refund or for her to fix the style and she refused to do so, blamed my sister in law for not respecting her time and money. She only offered to correct it or change the style “for a discounted price” and then she blocked her! And the owner kyra is just as rude and unprofessional as Devin was. They did nothing to fix this situation or to make it better! Do not give them your hard earned dollars if you expect to get what you pay for!
