I am updating my review based on a response from the salon. The stylist did not handle the donation process properly, but the salon did take the time to bundle up the hair the next morning and send it in neatly so that the donation did get accepted to help children with cancer. Although we cannot get our experience back, I do appreciate Krissy for taking the time to correct the issue and speak with the stylist on this matter. I do encourage the salon to provide a refresher to the staff and to communicate clearly to both the clients and staff on how the process should work. Our questions were dismissed at the time of the service, it was chaotic, and the hair was not handled appropriately leading us to believe it was thrown out instead of donated. I hope that this is a learning experience for all. I have added a picture of the bundled hair from the morning after the service. Lied and covered their tracks and threw out 10 inches of hair that was to be used for a donation for cancer patients . UNBELIEVABLE!

My son had his hair dyed blue by Bryan and he absolutely loves it! The color turned out amazing and exactly what he wanted. The stylist was so patient, friendly, and made the whole experience fun for him. Highly recommend!

After years of getting my hair done-I got a bad hair cut. I called, sent pictures, reacted w/ kindness & respect. Today I was denied service because-after being told by the stylist “it’s just a heavy layer-Me there is a chunk missing” I became upset (in tears) that they would not simple say so sorry it will be fixed. I never raised my voice-I apologized for being upset. I guess I was going to get a free cut-but not a am sorry we will fix it. 1st Photo was after a washed 2nd Photo was the day of-it’s a mess. When the stylist would not acknowledge the mess-I did push back-you cannot fix what you do not acknowledge!

I went to Omni this morning to get a gel no chip manicure. Theresa was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. I’ve been an acrylic lady for years, but today was a first for gel. She explained what she was going to do and took the time to make sure everything cured appropriately, walked out with no smudges or dings! Yay! The almond scrub smelled great and Ashley in the front desk is welcoming and personable. They made me feel comfortable and answered questions I had. The price is very reasonable, didn’t even bump the bank! Booked my next appointment :).
