Chen's Nails and Spa

I've been coming here with my mom for a couple of years now, and we love it !!! We have never been disappointed with our treatment here. And our nails always look amazing 👏🏼!!!

I called on 7/3 to see if they had time for brow wax, pedicure and manicure. Chen said no. I asked if I can get my brows waxed, she said yes. She gave me a time and I went in, she did the pedicure and manicure also which was great. I appreciate that she went ahead and took care of me. Excellent customer service and a great place.

I’ve visited this nail salon multiple times for chrome and have always had a decent experience. However, during my most recent visit with my sister, I was disappointed by the service. The technician who assisted me was rude and made me feel judged for requesting a simple nail cleaning and a basic polish service for my little sister. Unlike my previous visits, she asked me to pay before my color was even applied, which felt unusual and unnecessary. This made me uncomfortable, and I ultimately decided not to proceed with the color. The experience left me feeling unwelcome, which was disappointing given my past visits. I got such a simple service she decided to not do a good job…

I am so disappointed with this place. My regular lady for dip powder was booked and saw that Chen’s had really great reviews so I was excited to try them out and when I initially left I was so happy! My nails looked so good! It wasn’t until NOT EVEN a week later, literally on day 5 where two of my nails had chipped. I went back and they fixed it, but literally the next day that same nail chipped again. The pictures I showed are of not even 2 full weeks, they’re of 11 days after to be exact. 5 of my 10 nails have fully chipped (and they’re my real nails). I’ve gotten dip at other places before and it lasts at least 4 weeks before even chipping. I’m just so upset with this place because I spent $50 for nothing. I will not be going back and do not recommend this place for dip powder.

What a hidden Gem, was in the neighborhood running some errands. Decided, I would get a pedi around the neighborhood and Google and found this location. Walk in, and luckily was able to sit down for a pedicure with no appointment. Every was clean and everyone was very welcoming.
