mad•headspa Park Ridge

This is my second time coming here. The first time, I did the scalp reset and loved it, so I knew I would have to be coming back with my sister! Today, we both got the sensory ultra 75 minute head to toe renewal together!! Anika and Alicia were pleasant and professional and made our treatment very relaxing and amazing!! Also the spa manger, Noreen, always makes me feel welcomed and informed and made the experience incredible from beginning to end. The owners are incredibly sweet and you can tell they put their heart into every thought and detail about this spa and the whole experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing experience alone or with someone!!

The best sensory experience. Everyone is so nice and the space so inviting. Their dry head spa was amazing. Loving their new at home ritual box called Mad Root factory, you can purchase it online! Go check this spa out and if you live in the city like me then it’s so worth the drive! @chicagopescetarian

Today was my first time at Mad Head Spa. I was greeted by Spa Manager Noreen. She was very welcoming and offered a nutritional refreshment as I was waiting for my treatment. This is a very clean and impeccable establishment. I got the Scalp Reset treatment with Ana, she was knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend supporting this local business. I am very pleased with the experience, it is so relaxing. My scalp has never felt this clean. I will definitely come back!

Absolutely loved the experience here Mad Head Spa in Park Ridge. My sister and I walked in without much knowledge about scalp or hair health, and from the moment we arrived, we were instantly greeted and taken care of with their de stress tea….it was amazing and instantly calmed my energy. I highly recommend buying it. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to educate us, showed us our scalp and hair down to the root, and gave us the most relaxing, ASMR-style cleanse and massage. We left with clean, protected, blow-dried hair and honestly felt refreshed inside and out. The entire team is sweet, gentle, professional, and welcoming. It’s truly a space where I felt I could unwind and breathe. A wonderful place I’m so glad to have discovered and will absolutely be coming back to. 10/10 recommend
