Sky Nail Spa (Hull st-Midlothian)

Mia did my nails (dip) and I didn’t get the techs name that did my pedicure, but she did a great job as well. Someone also did my 9-year-olds manicure, and as shy as she is, she worked extremely well with her. Mia is extremely talented and I was shocked at how well she does nails. she started my nails while I was getting my pedicure and really paid attention to everything I asked and made sure everything was flawless the entire time. This was my first time leaving a salon genuinely happy and not upset that I paid $200 plus dollars (including tips). I got the deluxe pedicure with gel and French tips, and dip powder on my hands with gel and French tips and a rounded/almond shape, as well as my eyebrows waxed, and then of course my daughter had a children’s manicure with regular polish. I highly recommended trying this nail salon out! You won’t regret it.

Just went to Sky Nail Spa for the first time and was extremely pleased with my service. They were able to accommodate me as a walk-in guest, which I greatly appreciated. Mia did a great job giving me exactly what I requested, and was so sweet to chat with. My gel manicure looks flawless!

I moved to the area two months ago, and after TWO different salon fails(I left appropriate reviews) I finally found MY PLACE!!! So thankful I didn’t give up the search. All three Sky Nail Spa technicians that worked with me today were thorough, friendly, patient, and most importantly,took pride in what they were doing. 🙏 THANK YOU❗️

Best nail spa around! I had stopped getting my nails done professionally for years but decided to drop in and try this place based on the reviews and proximity to my home before flying out of the country. I used to always break out around my toenails and fingernails when getting mani/pedis and could not figure out why. The staff was polite, detailed — even figured out it was my latex allergy that had caused the breakouts in the past — I felt very welcomed and important. They don’t rush your service no matter how busy they are. They don’t push additional services on you; on the contrary, they will forewarn you if something you ask for will be an additional charge. But the prices are super reasonable!!! Bao and Mia are a great team — they listen and advise effectively. I now go every two weeks!! Love this place!! UPDATE: this is the BEST nail salon! Mia is so kind and committed to customer satisfaction that she redid my gel polish job two days later for free because it wasn’t to my standards! She does not pretend things are right when they are not; she just offers ti correct it. There’s no haggling and going back and forth; she just wants you to be happy. I cannot recommend this place enough!! And by the way, my nails looked amazing when she fixed them!

I’ve been going to Sky for over two years now, and can’t recommend them enough. My nails are always amazing!! I always ask for something I’ve seen on Pinterest, and Mia always knocks it out of the park. Pedicures also include hot stones?? Uhh, yes please!! I’ve even converted my Mom, who always swore she would never get her nails done, to a monthly treat!
