2025-07-27My fiancé went in for a full set and some designs. Her tech was passive aggressive and doing a rushed job. The shape came out to be something completely different than asked, and no cleanup work done. We decided to cut it short and not get any designs because of the techs behavior. Overall, service was rushed and there was a lack of professionalism. I don’t typically write bad reviews, but I feel this one was deserved.

2025-08-17High Quality Nails consistently does a great job! I go every other week for a dip manicure and am always pleased. I have a regular tech that I prefer, but when I forget to make an appointment and have to call last minute (which happens a lot), they always fit me in and have someone else who can do a great job. Today, I had a brand new tech to the shop, and he was equally as fabulous! It’s a great shop- clean, large, and easy to get to- with a fabulous staff.
