Octagon Salon & Spa

Octagon is an amazing welcoming place for everyone , but as a man I sm treated wonderfully and welcoming.. Lauren and Mika are the most amazing hair stylists and manicurist/pedicurists. I feel like 10 out 10 on the relaxed and happy scale when I leave there after my spa mani-pedi and perfect haircut. Scheduling appts with front desk is easy and they are so engaging and friendly and super helpful

Went here to get hot pink ends and a wolf cut with multiple layering. In the end did not receive the haircut I wanted. Literally got a bob with curtain bangs that weren’t blended.. I communicated with the hairstylist and they thought the issue was my hair color when it was about how they cut my hair.. Was there for over 4 hours to be then rushed at the end due to improper time management. Even though we did a consultation to see how long my hair would take to lift. I had to go to another salon after my appointment because of how bad it was to get it fixed. Honestly really disappointed since I spent so much money to be rushed and then try to gaslight me that I got what I received when I didn’t. I’ve been coming here for a while now and this honestly breaks my heart. Left an image below of one side of my “wolfcut”..

The staff at Octagon are so kind and friendly. The cost is definitely higher than some places but it's worth it. I've been going to Jodi for years now and she always does an amazing job of giving my fine hair shape and volume. Having trust and confidence in your stylist makes a world of difference. When my young daughter wants a style change, I bring her along for a haircut too, and she always leaves beaming at her new look. The salon also has a great selection of products and I've never felt they were pushy to get me to buy something.

All service was great except the part where I showed a picture of highlights i was expecting except not too light due to my skin color but highlights turned out darker and thinner than what was shown on picture, you can’t even see the highlights! 🤦🏽‍♀️ but again maybe miss communication. Other than that girl was great but my highlights didn’t turn out as what I was expecting, and paid over $200. 🤷🏽‍♀️ but no complains all good I can live with it for a month😁👍🙏

I’m starting a new chapter of my life which included A new haircut and style. This was my first time at the octagon salon. Jennifer was simply the best so glad she worked on my hair. She cut my hair to my shoulders gave it a little color here and there and she showed me how to fix it Quick and easy. Everyone really likes my hair, especially me. Thank you, Jennifer
