i used to defend this salon all the time i have been a loyal customer for years until they just lost me today. i go in for a simple soak off and the nail tech was burning my skin and nails after i told her it burns and pulled my hand away she continued with the drill. this salon now also tends to up charge without telling you and just demanding you to pay the extra when we didn’t request for the service it was just done. i never made a initial complaint about the service i had a year ago with daniel but he made me cry because of the service. he broke my nail and told me it’s my fault and didn’t bother to fix it. he was aggressive and mean and told me i had to pay and cannot leave. i’m not a person who complains but today the attitude from twee was so degrading to this salon. if you consider going here, make sure you check the price because they will try to squeeze in services that weren’t requested nor done. David did an amazing job. I popped over after spending the day in Six Flags, and not from the area. David exceeded my expectations as he is detail-oriented and will make sure you love it. I wanted it as short as possible since I have to type on keyboard 24/7 for work, and he made sure to honor my request and did not make them long.

By far, the best nails in Glenview maybe Chicago as a whole. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with every aspect of this salon, my experience, and the results. My nails are perfection, and I would recommend the salon to anybody in the Chicagoland area as even if it’s a trip for you, it will be worth it.. couldn’t be happier to find this Salon right in my backyard. I can confidently say I’m sure every artist there is amazing but I can specifically recommend Daniel as my ATF nail artist who is now stuck with me for life. Thank you so much to him and the whole Salon. I will definitely be back and I will be definitely telling my friends.!

This salon does not care about nail or skin health. They only care about making money. I’m a nail biter with very short nails, and I specifically asked for acrylics. They told me they don’t do that service and pushed me into builder gel extensions instead. The manicurist globbed builder gel onto my nails even as it flooded onto my skin. Curing gel on bare skin can cause contact dermatitis and health issues, yet he ignored my concern and treated me like I was crazy for bringing it up. I never asked for builder gel to begin with. They should have recommended a safe, suitable service given the condition of my nails. Instead, they acted like I was the problem. I ultimately got a dip manicure with glued-on extensions, but the manager never once acknowledged the technician’s reckless behavior or lack of regard for nail health. Avoid this place if you care about your health and want technicians who listen to their clients.

I have been a customer at this salon for almost 3 years and I am always satisfied with the results. It has a cozy atmosphere, reasonable prices and a friendly staff.
