Happy Nails Bar

I shouldn’t give it not even one star, this is by far the worst place from the moment you enter is so chaotic and you being rushed. I had an event Andy regular place had no openings so i chose this place. The woman that did my full set left my nails so horribly done they looked done by an amateur, I went the next day to get them fixed and it was worse but yet they expect a pay for a beyond horrible service. The nail design wasn’t even what I asked and the fixed result was still beyond words. A day after I got them done one nail literally just cracked in half and the top coat was peeling off. They need to close this unprofessional, rude, nasty place down. The design I asked and what I ended with was beyond words. DISGUSTING PLACE AND DISGUSTING WAY OF TREATING CUSTOMERS

Walk right in. Check in immediately sat down. Person completed a pedicure. Great job. Next I did a clean up on brow. I go to this young lady all the time. She’s good.

Horriblle experience yesterday went to get a pedicure at a feeling woke up. The next day in my nails had melted, and the person who did my feet kept coughing the entire time she did my toes! Call nail shop the next day and they didn’t care about how my nails looked Horrible experience will not be back spent over $105 in my nails look like crap

I try my best to resolve issue with the business instead of writing a bad review. Unfortunately, Happy Nails is not what their name implies. They are rude and disrespectful. This place need to be closed and shut down. I went there to get a pedicure. “Anna1” did not listen to me when I told her the nail polish was too thick and would not dry properly. She became upset and started talking about me to another lady in their language. They do not clean and disinfect the foot basins after every customer, they use a big shower cap to cover the basin. Anna1 also has a fungus on her fingernails. She put on gloves when I pointed it out, but then wanted to take them off. She should not be servicing customers because she can transfer the fungus to others. After seeing that my nails did not dry properly, I went back and asked for a manager. The male manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. He did not want to correct the pedicure. He only wanted to paint over the big toenails. I politely tried to explain that this would only make it worse, but he overtalked me and pointed his finger in my face. Other customers told him he was being rude to me and they would not come back for services. He then told the lady who was supposed to correct the issue to get up and not assist me. I asked him for my money back if they were not going to fix it and he replied, NO! The male manager was very aggressive. He was yelling and shaking chairs. It was as if he wanted to fight me. None of the other staff in the nail salon offered to help or refund my money. It was as if they approved of his behavior and the lackluster service.

I like this salon overall but I think they need to be more mindful of others time. Initially I was told one time then ended up waiting for over 2 hours just to be told another time again before I left. I’m more respectful so I didn’t give any pushback but there were others there that had been waiting for hours also. It’s not acceptable IMO
