First time here at Chicago Nail Pro. They did the design exactly like I showed her in my phone and I was very very pleased. I wanted Halloween colors. The owner was very nice and explained the price to me and what options I wanted. By the way I love the music selection, nice and calm and relaxing after a long hard day. I will be coming back! It’s been 6 months since I started scheduling appointments here and I love it. Scheduling appointments via their website is straightforward. Their pricing menu is reasonable in comparison to other locations. And if you have a design in mind they can provide a rough estimate of costs. Their staff from reception to all nail techs are kind, welcoming, and incredibly talented. I’ve worked with several techs and enjoyed each one, but generally I try to book Cata. I’ve had gel x, structured rubber manis, and acrylics (my fav) done there; and they are all done with precision and so well done. One of the things I love and appreciate is their Instagram monthly Inspo Promos! And they’re responsive via Instagram. Check them out!

I’ve been booking with Yeni for the last 3 or 4 months now, and she always gets me right with an amazing set! She fast, clean, and tries to keep a conversation. If you want a fantastic nail set, book with her!!

Love this place! 🩷 I’ve been following this salon on IG for a while now and decided to give them a try. I want to start over and grow my healthy nail and I’m selective about who does soft gel how I like it but this place met my expectations. Staff is knowledgeable about nail health and caring for them. Gabriela did my soft gel and design exactly like the inspo photo I showed them. Prices are a la carte which I thought was cute so yes they have base prices for their work but your total is dependent on how much you want etc. reasonable!

I have been coming here for years at this point routinely and have never written a review. I have always been greeted with kindness, taken care of professionally, and guided through the various Pinterest photos I’ve shown. I truly appreciate the transparency around price and result expectations. They also really thrive in natural nail growth and care. The girls are the sweetest, the new salon is beautiful, and I recommend their place to everyone I know (constant compliments on my nails). I have done everything from Gel X to soft/hard/acrylic. Truly this place is a gem. If you notice the negative reviews, you’ll find many associated with price and cuticle pain: they are 100% transparent with price at consult, you as the client have to approve the cost and they will not begin without that approval (aka no surprises and no excuse to be upset with cost), and cuticles: they do a Russian manicure and if you let your nails go like I do routinely, they let you know you may have some sensitivity a couple days after due to the care. Trust me, this is the place you want your nails taken care of at. They are amazing!
