COCO Nail Bar Downers Grove

After a long stressful day I decided to take some time to get my nails done. While there I figured a pedicure will help. I had never been here before but they had great reviews. It was a sweet older woman who did my pedicure I wish it would have been more on my feet and more of an actual massage rather than just blobs of lotion. My nail tech was a man he was funny but also some of the stuff he said made me uncomfy. Now the reason I am writing this is because I got my nails done yesterday Monday October 27th and today Tuesday October 28th my nails are awful they are bubbly and peeling off. I’m a single mom on a budget and this is frustrating for me. I don’t even have time to go get them fixed today. I called them and sent them the pictures but she just said the manager will call back. They are going to want me to go back and get them fixed but I don’t want to. I rather go to my usual spot. I just want my money back and I’ll never come back! Something that was supposed to be relaxing now is a pain in the butt🙄

First time coming to this nail salon and already im very impressed! Tony was so nice to fix my nails from a previous nail salon. I highly recommend coco nail bar. The salon is nice and clean and very professional! They offer drinks and snacks. Tony did amazing for my nail design! I highly recommend coco nail bar!

This place does a really good job and are honest. I came in because I needed shorter gel-x nails. I mentioned how I might need a new set and Danny said that only a fill was needed instead. I appreciate their honesty and Danny did a really good job on my nail design. They also offer you drinks and snacks while getting your nails done. Would highly recommend

I see Yen when I go to this nail salon and have been for about a year, and she is outstanding! She is truly a master of her craft. Every time I see her, I know I’m going to walk out with nails that are not only stunning but also incredibly long-lasting. Yen is meticulous with her work and she takes her time prepping each nail to perfection and doesn’t hesitate to redo a design until it’s just right. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and the care she puts into her work really shows. On top of that, she’s such a kind, gentle, and genuinely lovely person. I always look forward to my appointments with her. Yen is the only person I trust with my nails, and I feel so lucky to have found her! If you're looking for beautiful nails and an amazing experience from start to finish, go see Yen. You won’t be disappointed! The entire staff at Coco Nail Bar is so warm and welcoming also. The salon itself is always spotless, beautifully kept, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. It’s honestly one of the most pleasant and professional nail salon experiences I’ve had. Everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve even introduced friends and family now. Yen is my go-to for nails and does a fabulous job! I found her on insta after a horrible nail mishap while vacationing and I’ve never looked elsewhere.
