Floral Nail Spa - Best Nail Salon in Cicero

This is my second time coming here and they’ve definitely turned me into a loyal customer. I got full set acrylics both times and the results matched exactly to the inspo pictures I brought in. The service is phenomenal as the check in process is so smooth, complimentary drink, excellent customer service and attention to detail. See pictures for both visits.

I love how my nails and eyebrows came out. The service was amazing and what I like about the employees they will tell you that you shouldn’t have your phone on speaker. There’s a label/ sign that says that when you sit down so you shouldn’t get mad when the employees tell you that. Overall I love everything for my first time 10/10 will I go back and get my nails done again yes and my eyebrows too. Jen and Alex did a amazing and fabulous job

Andy did an amazing job on my acrylic fill-ins! He really listens and made sure I felt very comfortable about all of my choices including color, shape, length. He tried out many shades on my nails beforehand (without even me asking) to make sure I liked my color choice. I told him I needed them very short almond nails due to work and he delivered! Great experience overall, staff were very friendly and gave me complimentary hot chocolate from a list of options and candy. So happy with my appointment. Added bonus today was that they’re giving free cuticle oil gifts to all their customers!

I went to this place and the person who did my nails the first time and got just a regular manicure it was very simple but the tech that worked on my cuticles did an amazing job that I came back. I got a design and it was a bit more complicated on just my natural nails. But the tech and some of the other employees were all very helpful and detailed in getting exactly what I asked for I am very grateful to them for taking the time and doing this design it’s gorgeous and I loved it. I will be going back they do such a great job and are always so kind and do their best. I appreciate it. I also got a tumbler for free because I paid for my sisters as well and it was a free gift. Other places you go to don’t give you anything. I will be back plus they have a birthday special of 10% off. Always money well spent.

(UPDATE REVIEW) Alex is truly one of the best nail techs this salon has! I absolutely love the way he does my nails—his attention to detail is incredible, and he’s both professional and talented, which is such a huge plus. I also appreciate how he manages his time so well: never rushing, never dragging, just the perfect balance to make sure my nails look amazing. I highly recommend his services to anyone! I also want to mention the receptionist (I forgot her name, but she’s Latina)—she has been very pleasant during my visits and so attentive to my requests, especially when I ask for Alex. That kind of customer service doesn’t go unnoticed and makes the whole experience even better. I’ve been to this salon about four (5 now) times now, and while the pedicure (not manicure, typo) service hasn’t been the greatest for me (I’ll just leave it at that), I still have hope that one day I’ll find someone as good as my buddy Alex. For context, I’m a retired beautician who’s now a teacher (hehe), so I definitely appreciate great work when I see it!
