First time here I got square nails and Sophia did great… second time here I got almond shaped and Ella was very kind . I will definitely be returning here ! Complimentary margarita, Wine, soda or slushy ! :) very nice spot and lots of space - I returned a third time , I didn’t catch his name but very nice man and loved how it came out !! - I came back two more times !

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately this time around it didn’t go so well and the time before that either. First time I was disappointed I have them another chance and I asked for something very simple just a solid color with matte coating. As you can see on one hand the matte and color look well but on the other I feel maybe she forgot a step or tbh I have no clue but matte shouldn’t look like that. Spent alot of money here. It’s not cheap. I didn’t say anything at first because she put cuticle oil on so I thought it was that first that just needed to dry but I went to work got busy didn’t check till later and that’s when I super noticed it.

Beautiful place bad personality of staff and late I waited about 20 minutes for someone that wasn’t even there yet.hey, the guy was explained how I wanted my nails which was the way I came in with them but new color by me and the person that told me how someone was coming in in 5 minutes not 20 he kept telling me how to do my nails I clearly stated that’s not how I wanted them and then he had to keep wiping them off wasting my time. I want my nails how I want it not how you want it. he was so unsure of his self kept asking me over and over how I want my nails after I had already told him I won’t be going back and then they charged $10 extra when I barely got a design and they were late. I waited 20 minutes it took him over an hour to do my nails. The girl who seated me was nice. Update paid $10 just for the design and only for the next day for the nail polish to start chipping. Beware.

NICK the nail tech did such an amazing job on my nails. I wanted something fall color, short natural and oval and he did exactly that. I walked in to such an amazing, friendly attitude, asked right away what complementary drink I wanted. Wine or margaritas…O MY! Lemonade or strawberry!!! I was given 3 books with all beautiful nail color options, so many options to choose but I like that!! I would come back 100%. Very, very clean, bright, great music and affordable prices.

The salon is beautiful and I liked the atmosphere. One thing that left me wondering if I’ll return is that I felt like since they knew people were coming for the 30% off special, they we were not very prompt to address clients & looked short on staff. I arrived on time for a 12:00 appointment and did not have a service start until almost 12:30 & nobody told me there was a delay. I set the appointment before I arrived, so I did not anticipate an additional wait time since I was not a walk in. While I did not have somewhere to be, that may not be the case for everyone. I noticed other people waiting almost an hour to be seen, which really makes me wonder about the salons organization and honesty about scheduling appointments. I hope that there is more prompt service as time goes on. In addition to this, I will say Jessica did a great job at my nails and I am not leaving a 3 star review due to her work and I personally give her 5/5. I am leaving a 3 star because of my above comment and to say that I really do not go to salons where there is an unlisted or unmentioned removal of product charge when I am paying for another nail service. I personally vet salons based on this, because I do not appreciate being told after a service has started that I’ll be paying $10 more to get what is on my nails taken off when I am paying $60 for a service to put on something. While I understand there is a + next to the price on the booklet, there is no indication anywhere about soaking off/removal for hands. I see a $10 fee for toes. So more upfront pricing before service is a must for me. (I included pictures of the pamphlet for people to look at) Overall, it was a okay experience and I leave this review for someone who wants honesty without making it sound like my experience was horrific. The 30% sale for opening made it worth it, but I would have never paid full price if I was left to sit there for almost 30 minutes and was told after the service started that there was a $10 removal fee for my dip.
