I LOVE Lotus Nails! I’ve been a loyal customer for around 7 years and the nail techs are all so wonderful! They always do such quality work and if I ever have a problem they are so good about fixing it! Give them a try if you are in the area! They take such good care of you!! And the spa is so inviting and comfortable—and the pedicure lounge chairs are so relaxing - better than any other place I’ve been to!

The lady who welcomed me was very nice, and I was able to walk in for an appointment. From afar they look decent just don’t look too closely. The technician spent 80% of her time video calling, calling or texting on her phone while doing my nails. The dip was so thin that you can see the scuff marks under the color, she filed a few pieces of skin off my finger and didn’t clip and cuticles and left rough areas all around my nails. I paid $45 and won’t be back.

My wife and I regularly stop for a manicure and pedicure each time we visit St. Charles, which is about 6 times per year. The owners/staff are friendly and always so accommodating to our walk-ins. We leave each time very satisfied with our mani/pedi.

We both got a pedicure, and I also got a manicure and my eye brows done. This was honestly the best experience I have ever had. They were so kind and did a great job. You won't be disappointed coming here!
