the set i got was super cute and exactly what i wanted. the tech made sure that the french was deep enough to my liking and i appreciate that. the only thing is that the tips on a few of my fingers are completely lifted with a gap between them and my natural nail which makes it feel not as sturdy. there was also a little paint left behind. but other then that im happy.

I have yet to have any complaints about this Nail Salon! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Always able to tell them what I need and they get it done. I always see Candy for my acrylics and she never disappoints! Salon is always super clean too.

Kelly is the bomb!! She takes the time to make my man/ped so great. I’m so happy and pleased with her. I’ve had a few manicurist but I have to say Kelly is the best one I’ve ever had. Through the years I’ve been to many nail salons by far Pearl Nails is the best. The atmosphere is very pleasant, salon is always nice and clean. I would highly recommend Pearl Nails to anyone.

I made a next-day appointment for a fill, and chose ‘anyone.’ Tiffany was excellent. She did a wonderful job on my nails, and even suggested some fun art for my nails. As always, the salon was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you!

My experience at this salon was mediocre. One of the techs did a poor job, while the other did well. However, both the customer service and the overall shop customer service were terrible. I’ve been to top-quality nail salons, and this one was far from it. It’s also not polite to talk about customers when they’re right there in front of you, and they assume you don’t know what they’re saying. I guess it would be diabolical for someone of another race to speak their language, but should be careful you never know. I was on the phone with my husband, who speaks the same language, and he actually heard them and translated for me. I’ll never visit this salon again.
