most of the staff was sweet to me overall and my nails turned out well overall. but also because i said i was new i do feel they did extra things on me to get more money because i don’t know about nails very much? one of the ladies was incredibly harsh on me though.. i would say things like ow or that hurts and she would laugh and mock me practically? i even bled a little but she just laughed it off. (she did pour alcohol on it to sanitise but my mom was very upset with how they treated me). I also felt they were sanding my nails very aggressively especially for a minor and first timer. The guy was sweet to me but i did not enjoy how the lady treated me. She also acted a bit like i was being hard to deal with when i barely complained overall other than saying ow or asking some things to be taken off. It also felt anytime i asked for anything she would go and possibly trash talk me to other workers. (just how it felt by her tone of voice at me she was speaking vietnamese so i didn’t fully understand but my guts felt a little unsafe).. The guy who did my nails first was much nicer to me though so if i could i would give him the 5 stars but the lady made me feel a bit uncomfortable cause of the lack of respect i felt and laughing about injuring me.

The people are nice but the quality of their products and craftsmanship of the nail techs is mediocre. I've been twice hoping to find a tech that's really good but to no avail. I'm very particular about my nails and the overall experience as the prices at these nail salons continues to rise. As consumers, our expectations should also increase and this place just didn't hit the mark. Being new to the area, this is my third salon. I'm having a very hard time finding a high quality salon in this area.

I went to Queen of Nails as a walk in on a Friday around 11a and was so satisfied with the customer service and services received. Tracy and Katie took good care of my pedicure and Tap Hybrid Gel nails with cat eye polish. It was very relaxing, I was seated immediately and everything turned out exactly how I wanted. Will be going back!

Let me first start by saying QUEEN OF NAILS always come through! Excellent customer service, so friendly, great conversation and perfectionist. Tracy did my nails for the first time because my tech left and she executed my nail request just as I asked. I am super picky but she hit the nail on the head the very first time. My girl Katie gives nothing but her best each and every time she gives me a pedicure. Thank you Queen of Nails in Dacula!!!

5/5 stars! John is incredible! He did both my nails and toes and his attention to detail is unmatched. Every dollar spent was worth it—my manicure is flawless and his pedicure was absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend booking with him if you want perfection!
