Eden Nails Suwanee

Stopped by Eden Nails early Sunday to get my nails done for my recent trip to Hawaii. I went with a tropical coral dip powder with clear chrome and some floral accents. I loved it! Tiffany is my go-to person, and she’s incredibly kind, skilled and gentle. She meticulously follows all the proper steps to ensure my nails last a long time. Initially, my nails kept breaking, but ever since I exclusively visit Tiffany, she’s nurtured them to grow long and strong. This has allowed me to achieve that natural almond shape without the need for tips, and my nails rarely break now. Even after 3.5 weeks now, this set still looks perfect albeit grown out (photos attached). Needless to say, I highly recommend Tiffany! Also, a big shoutout to Ryan, Bella, and the entire team for creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere and experience.

Teresa at Eden Nails Suwanee did an absolutely amazing job on my wedding nails! From the moment I sat in her chair, she was attentive, friendly, and professional. She helped me choose the perfect color and shape, and my nails looked flawless all day. They were elegant, polished, and exactly what I envisioned. She made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable, and I felt completely pampered. I got so many compliments on my nails throughout the wedding weekend, and I honestly couldn’t have been happier with them. I highly recommend Teresa for anyone looking for perfection and care in their nail service!

My NEW favorite and hopefully my FOREVER nail salon and I highly recommend Eden Nails. 1st I called to make sure I can come at the latest time possible as I just got off work. They said not to worry and go ahead and come even if I meant as late as 6:30pm. That made me feel so happy because my nails needed to be fixed. Once I got to the Eden Nails, I was greeted immediately, which everyone knows with a customer service background, I already felt good about this place. The facility is super clean and looks very glamorous. Even my 3 daughters were in awe. My technician, Teresa, and I hit it right off the bat. When doing my nails one of the acrylic tips she glued ended up being stuck on her finger which she mentioned to me, and I laughed saying we stuck together forever. I believe in signs. Absolutely loved her energy, I felt comfortable that she is my nail technician and will be coming back to see her again for my nail treatments. Not only this she did 3 different color pink tests on my nails to make sure that the pink I wanted was the color I wanted before doing my whole entire nails. Now that is beyond customer service which you don't see much nowadays. Also, I informed her that I don't like the white gel polish and would prefer the actual white acrylic powder for my nails. Without hesitation she informed me that she was about to do the gel white but did what I wanted instead. As a paying customer, I believe we should get what we like and want and not the other way around. My most recent experience at a different nail salon left me with a bitter taste as I'm not that hard to please. I like/get one style of nails which represents me, and I don't need anyone to change anything up or do anything different especially without my permission then charge me an arm and a leg for it. I mean don't mind taking recommendations but that doesn't mean I want it. Eden Nails pricing was good and not overpriced. Even my husband liked Eden Nails so he decided to treat our 3 girls to get their nails done too. The other 2 technicians did a great job on their nails. I didn't catch their names but don't think you will be disappointed in whoever you get from there as they were all professional and friendly. Lastly, it was super nice of them to offer us each something to drink and tried to get my husband to get a nail treatment done next time. Not sure if that will happen but I will be back for maintenance soon. Thank you, Eden Nails!

I got SNS done less than a week ago. I’ve gotten this service dozens of times from many different nail salons. The salon I prefer unfortunately is under renovation so I came to Eden Nails this past Monday. I chose a pale pink color that you can see in the first photo. It’s hard to see in the photo but it was pretty neutral. Nothing crazy. In the 7-8 years that I have been getting SNS done never have I had my entire nail turn BROWN. But after less than a week my nails have turned and I look like I have brown nails. I don’t know if they used the wrong product or didn’t seal them properly but I have never had this happen with any other salon. I work at a desk Monday - Friday so I’m not putting my hands in any chemicals that would have cause this. Now I have to pay another salon to fix this disaster.

Had a great experience my first time at Eden. Everyone was so kind and the guy who did my nails was very detailed and made sure they looked perfect! I will definitely be coming back for a pedicure in the future!! I had a full done with gel polish and chrome on my fingernails today ❤️
