Aria Nail Lounge

Nails were very crooked and bumpy, did not look like the picture .update: nails broke after 3 days, cuts on my cuticles design way off and after my review they called and harrased me to delete it , highly unprofessional and won’t get a refund. I will put what I asked for and what I got.

Terrible place to get your nails done. when I went there I got tips and they guaranteed me they would stay on for 2-3 weeks, 3 nails came off in 8 days. I called them the day they broke off and they said come in and we’ll help for free. I was happy to hear that but due to family matters we came a couple days late (2 days after call) and the lady got mad at us and argued with me and my aunt that she won’t give us a refund, fix them, or even take them off without paying money. She ended up taking them off for free and did it in the most aggressive way ever cutting into my skin making me bleed. She took her nail and pushed it under my tips and just yanked them off. Overall she was just mad and has no control over her actions and behavior. She used the tool on my skin and cut through it and didn’t even say sorry. I will definitely NOT be coming back to this place whatsoever again. These people are only nice when they get things their ways, and quiet literally talk crap about you in their own language which is rude keep in mind this was my first time ever here and will definitely be my last, I don’t recommend this place to anyone, DO NOT let these lady’s scam you by saying they guarantee you 2-3 weeks but then lie to your face and say 8 days. Be mindful of what they say if you can understand (good luck with that. Even when I told the lady it hurts and I have sensitive nails she just looked at me and rolled her eyes and continued going even harder laughing at me when I was clearly in pain. I have just left this place with rough damaged( from the terrible quality glue and machine she used) and even a broken real nail, and I will have to go back to my other nail salon because they are way better with all of this, horrible experience.

My friend and I were looking for an affordable nail salon and this place was perfect. The store itself was very nice a clean. This was our first time but definitely not our last. 100% recommend. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are very welcoming. If you’re looking for a great nail salon this is the place! They were spot on with the reference pictures as well.

Wonderful staff. They paid attention to what I needed and did a good job on my nails. I am very satisfied with their service.

I had the worst experience with manicure at Aria yesterday. I wanted to get a gel manicure for my special day and had to get to my party at 6 pm. I went in to Aria at 2:40 pm and was directed to a technician. After 1.5+ hours, she damaged my very healthy nails so badly that they looked terrible (please see pictures). She painted all over my cuticles, did a very messy job and kept going although I kept telling her throughout the process that it’s looking bad and she kept saying I’ll fix it. After wasting 2 hours of my time, i had to stop her when she really messed up more and i told them i can’t do this.They insisted it can be quickly fixed so they asked me to sit with another technician who tried to fix them but it was very hard for her to get things the paint out of the cuticles and try to re do them. My nails looked terrible on my special day, I was super late the party and needless to say very upset. I am badly bruised. Even after such an unpleasant experience, the owner wanted to charge me the full amount and was taking it so lightly until I said this is so unprofessional. She then gave me a “discount”. This is the 2nd time this happened to me at this location and I still decided to give them a benefit of doubt because my 1 st experience with them was very good when Andrew did my nails. You can’t have staff working on things they don’t have the skills to. 2 technicians doing terrible job at nails shouldn’t be doing nails. I hope my review helps others.
