I’ve been going to this nail salon for the past few months, and I can honestly say it’s become my favorite self-care stop. The energy is always positive, the environment is clean and calming, and everyone is so kind. A huge thank you to Anh, Milo and Luce (“my big three” lol) they have truly made my experience here amazing. Each of them are talented, patient, and pays so much attention to detail. I always leave feeling refreshed with nails that look flawless. This place deserves all the stars!

Anh is amazing! I love a natural well constructed acrylic nail and Anh delivered on the highest level. Due to my work dress code I can not have any nail art (not even a little glitter on one nail) so a natural nude nail is so important. Anh listened to what I wanted and checked with me during the process to make sure I was pleased. I will be back.

MILO MILO MILO !!! I love love his work so much! I am always overly excited to have him do my nails. I leave happy everytime with him. And even if I don’t have him it’s always nice to see his face. Very grateful for you MILO thank you for brightening my day through my nails ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I arrived as a walk in to get my nails done for my wedding. I was paired with Nina as my tech. When she asked what I was getting, I told her “a manicure with design.” I showed her a reference photo of a French Manicure with pearls. She wasn’t sure if the salon had the pearls so she had to go ask. They did have them. She starts the service and I let her know I don’t want my cuticles cut, only any hangnails. She proceeds to cut my cuticles anyway. She asked me if I wanted an eyebrow wax, which I declined. She said “don’t you want to be beautiful?” I told her my wedding is in two days and I can’t get anything crazy done. When it was time for the gel color, she put on a hot pink translucent color which was nothing like the reference photo. I asked do they have something that isn’t see-through, like the picture, a standard French tip base color. The manager and another tech come over and try about 5 colors until we find one that matches. She does two gel coats and my French tips. At this point in the service, the manicure looked pretty good. She then got a bottle of nail glue and dotted it straight from the bottle three times on each nail, leaving a string of glue in between each dot and all over the nail. She placed the pearls. Then she put on even more glue next to/on top of the pearls to secure them a second time, leaving my nails a sloppy mess. I asked her if the glue can be taken off in between the nail where it shouldn’t have been. She said no. She put on a top coat and applied nail oil to my cuticles and lotion to my hands and arms and rubbed it in. I washed my hands, and Nina checked me out. Had a different person checked me out, I would have felt more comfortable speaking up about not being happy with my results. I paid, went to my car, and looked at my ruined nails. It was almost closing time so I went home. I came back the next morning and showed the manager/owner my nails and he admitted that they didn’t look good. He offered to have someone else redo them. I didn’t feel comfortable with the salon doing any other services on me and asked for a refund. He stated they do not do refunds, it’s their policy. He apologized that this happened but would only offer a redo. I will not be returning to this salon and do not recommend anyone go there. This was a horrible experience for me, wedding or not, and the photos speak for themselves. They’d rather let you leave with poorly done nails than do what is right and refund you your money.

I’ve been going to Z Nails for many years, and I’m a loyal client of Nancy. She’s extremely meticulous and detailed with her pedicures. When I say she gets ALL the dead skin, I mean ALL the dead skin! She’s also awesome with SNS dip on my natural nails, and takes her time to get them perfectly coffin shaped. I truly appreciate how flexible she is with scheduling as well. She won’t hesitate to come in on her off days, if needed. With so many nail salons in the area, and the cost of nail services continuing to rise, businesses really have to make it worthwhile to keep coming back, and in my opinion, Nancy is the main reason I keep going to Z Nails. 💅🏾
