My girl Kayli Hicks will forever get you right. For one, I had an amazing experience at this salon! The atmosphere was so clean, modern, and relaxing. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My hairstylist, Kayli Hicks, was absolutely wonderful! She will make you feel right at home when you sit in her chair. She keeps me entertained and always listening to what I want and making sure every detail was perfect. That girl cares more about you and your experience than her wellbeing. She never fails to get me what I request no matter how crazy it is. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service I received, and it honestly felt like a luxury experience without the crazy cost. Overall, I left feeling so refreshed and in love with my new look. If you’re looking for a stylist who’s talented, kind, and professional, I definitely recommend booking with Kayli Hicks!

I loved my service this last time I went in for a hair cut and the 1st time I got a ombre balayage from stylist Ashley Barbee. She is amazing, she even came in when it was crazy winter weather outside, and very easy to talk too. Plus the price at this salon is very reasonable compared to other salon in the place.

I really liked the girl but not the way she does hair. If you have short hair do not go there. I showed a Pic of the color and frost I wanted. No where near it. One color and red looking with no highlights. And the cut I will not even start to share my feelings on that.

This was the worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment with Kaley James for a color correction. I had highlights done a couple of weeks prior, but they were way too brassy for my liking. I asked for a lived-in blonde, I just wanted to keep a few babylights on the top of my head and still be able to see my natural color underneath. She told me she would need to add more highlights to remove the warm tones. That sounded strange to me, especially since the reference picture I showed her was much darker than how my hair initially was, but I trusted her. She mentioned that my hair was compromised, but didn’t say she wouldn’t be able to fix it, she just dove right in. She placed a lot of foils in my hair and asked if I wanted a money piece. I said yes, but specifically asked for it to be very thin. When she started blow-drying my hair, I could already see how yellow it was, even worse than when I came in. I tried not to panic and immediately brought it up, showing her the inspiration picture again, just in case she had forgotten. She told me the yellow parts were from the previous highlights and that she wouldn’t be able to fix them. I started to panic and asked if there was anything we could do. I suggested a heavy root tap because I really didn’t want to leave looking like that. She did the root tap but didn’t leave any strands out, so it literally looked like I hadn’t retouched my roots in months. On top of that, the money piece was super thick and stark white, it didn’t even match the rest of my hair. I was nearly in tears. I asked if there was anything else we could try, like adding some babylights on top of the root tap to break up how dark and uneven it looked, but she said no, she didn’t want to apply any more chemicals to my hair. I begged her to at least soften the white, chunky money piece because I was embarrassed to leave the salon like that. She agreed, reluctantly. That helped a little, but overall, my hair looked nothing like the picture I had shown her and was in worse shape than before the color correction attempt. She then took me to the front desk and still charged me $200 for the service, which is especially hard on me since I’ll now have to pay someone else to fix it. Had she told me from the start that she couldn’t fix it, I never would have let her touch my hair. THEY ANSWER MY REVIEW BELOW SHOWING NO ACCOUNTABILITY ONCE AGAIN, SO THIS IS MY RESPONSE: Yes, my request was to blend my hair with the extensions, which did not mean bleaching my entire head and then not even using a toner, leaving it completely yellow. When I realized she was done and was going to let me leave the salon like that, I stopped her and showed her the inspiration picture, which was a much darker tone and did not require any more bleach. At no point did she say she couldn’t do what I asked for from the beginning. If she wasn’t confident enough or didn’t know what to do, I do not wish to be anyone’s guinea pig and spend hundreds of dollars in the process. Your salon clearly does not take any accountability for professionals who shouldn’t even have a license if they can’t listen to the client in the first place. I won’t be returning, as I have already found someone else who fixed my hair, even though it was “compromised”, and now it looks perfect because she took the time to listen to my requests. The way you run your business is irresponsible, and you should not be covering for someone who clearly does not know what they are doing.

Heather is one of my favourites! She explains how the cut is going to go and how shes going to do things! Went from shoulder length curls to a good short cut. She is an excellent employee and she loves her job! Thanks again. :) Best hair salon for noobs. Just get an appointment.
