Dalux Nail Salon Pooler GA Luxury High-End

I visited this salon (for a fill in/color change and a gel pedicure - white tips for both) for the first time today and first impression started out high. I was greeted immediately and warmly. Check in was seamless at the counter. Whoever was the interior designer for the salon deserves a gold star. It gave “luxury” and I love that! Helen did my pedicure and it was great. Well done. No complaints there. While I was receiving my pedicure, I had 3 different people come over and ask about my hands and the design I wanted. No issue here - I showed them the picture. By the time we got to my hands, the last employee who had previously approached me, a younger girl who didn’t provide her name, was the one who would be doing my nails. She started on my nails and I could tell she was trying to rush as time was winding down for the salon to close. I get it and I don’t have a problem with that UNLESS your quality, attention to detail, and safety goes down. Unfortunately, she ended up cutting me with the buffing tool. There’s about an inch cut on my right index finger now. They did act quickly and retrieved a first aid kit, applied Neosporin, and a band aid. Mistakes happen, yes, but it doesn’t change the fact that it did happen. She spoke with the manager who offered me a 10% discount which is great but the service for my hands just wasn’t as enjoyable as my pedicure. On top of that, some of the white lines on my nails were slightly crooked and she had to keep correcting a few times. Even now some of the lines are just not as clean as they should be. The young girl next to me who was working on a younger girl definitely seemed to be a bit more skilled. It is a beautiful luxury nail salon and that’s great but unfortunately the rushing that led to the cut took it down a notch for me.

Finally found the nail salon to stick with! After recently moving to Savannah and having a couple of bad nail experiences, I decided to try Dalux. I booked online with Lee based on reviews, although it seems like they have several well-loved artists there to care for their clients! Reviews were spot-on, the place was very clean and inviting. I showed Lee an inspo pic of a design and she did the exact design for me. She really talked with me to find out what length and shape I was wanting, what I like and don't like. I do builder gel and was originally just going to get a fill and color change but she took the extra time to clean off the old builder gel and re-do to a base color better suited to my skin and the design I was wanting. Worth the small drive for me from Savannah to Pooler area, I will definitely be back.

David has been my nail tech for nine months now. He has moved to Dalux Nail Salon in Pooler so I follow. He does an amazing job Everytime and remember how I like my nail shape and length. He gets the job done in a timely manner and still hold attention to detail. Update review with photos. Once again I left happy and thrilled at David's work. He exceeded my expectations and gave me a wonderful spooky set to start off the spooky season.

Christine did an outstanding job on my daughter's nails, showcasing her skill and attention to detail. The design was not only vibrant and creative but also perfectly executed, with each nail reflecting a high standard of craftsmanship. My daughter was thrilled with the final result, and we both appreciate the care and precision Christine put into her work. We love the nails and will definitely return for future appointments.

I had my nails done by Yen, and she did an amazing job! 💅 The shape is perfect, the ombré Auburn-and-white blend looks gorgeous, and I love the gold accent detail — it’s such a nice touch. She was super gentle, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy with the design before finishing. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Definitely recommend Yen if you’re looking for beautiful, professional nails. ❤️
