Woodhouse Spa - Peachtree City

This was my first spa experience and I loved it! There was a water outage in the city & they communicated this to me and offered a later appointment so I could enjoy all the amenities. Very relaxing atmosphere & as I was lying there, I wished I'd brought a book to read. My session with Raymonde (Ray) was great. I felt rejuvenated afterwards. Great way to spend my birthday & great first spa experience. Definitely worth the money.

Excellent deep tissue massage service and a wonderful massage by William M. My host that showed me to the locker room and the relaxation room was Dallas she was very helpful and answered all my questions. Easy parking out front. The lockers allow you to safely store your purse etc. The whole spa was very clean. The robes were cozy. I highly recommend the Woodhouse Spa.

I visited this spa for my birthday, and unfortunately the experience fell short from the very beginning. When I called to book, I clearly mentioned that it was for my birthday, but I was not given full details about the birthday options. After my visit, I contacted the Buckhead location and learned that I could have ordered a cupcake for an additional fee and that the only birthday acknowledgment provided is a sign. Had I been informed of this beforehand, I would have chosen a location that offered a more complete and luxury experience. The lack of communication felt misleading. My confirmation email also did not advise me to arrive early. My appointment was scheduled for the same time the spa opened, so as a first time guest, I had no way of knowing that I was expected to arrive 30 minutes beforehand. No one walked me through the process or explained what to expect, which left me confused and unprepared. For a first time visitor, clear instructions should be standard. The in person experience also fell short. The staff did not provide a warm or welcoming atmosphere, and their lack of enthusiasm made the environment feel uncomfortable. I booked my massage with Reene based on her positive reviews, but the service I received did not match those expectations. The massage felt rushed, left me in physical discomfort, and overall did not reflect the quality I anticipated for a birthday visit. Overall, the lack of communication, rushed service, and unfriendly interactions made this experience far from relaxing or enjoyable. Based on my visit, I would not recommend anyone at this particular location.

Wow. No more just walking in for a massage and leaving. Woodhouse is an entire experience!! Clean. Comfortable. Relaxing. Incredible. You are first guided to a locker room with showers, bathrooms, lockers (prepared before your arrival with your name, robe, and shoes), and hair tools if you need to get dressed and ready there. Then you get to hang out in a relaxation room with snacks, water, and tea before your service begins. They also have books and magazines to enjoy. Once it’s time for your service, you are whisked away to your room. I had Lee as a masseuse. Wow! He pulled out some massage moves I’ve never experienced before! I let him know my shoulders are always my complaint and he worked every kink out, and then some! I was initially weary of having a male masseuse, but he’s extremely professional and I felt comfortable the entire time. I then decided to get in the infrared sauna. What a nice experience! After your services are over, you go back to the relaxation room where you’re free to hang out until they close - literally. You can stay as long as you wish. They even have little beds that you could take a nap on if you wanted! On top of the absolute stunning beauty of the place, it is SPOTLESS. Every nook and cranny is clean. They also have a salt therapy room that I plan to try in the future! I was truly blown away. Woodhouse is now my favorite spa in town, and it will be yours too if you give it a try!

Devi was ABSOLUTELY amazing..I’ve had a lot of massages and this was by far the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. I had to leave a review! I’m a nurse and always carry a lot of stress and tension, and she worked me out!!! The spa itself was nice and clean, I will be back to see Devi for sure!!!
