The techs here consistently provide amazing service. Wait times are minimal, if there’s ever a delay, it’s usually just a few minutes. Plus the team is always incredibly professional and friendly. It’s a great experience every time, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I noticed after the fact that the lady servicing me did not clip my toenails at all. So instead of asking her to redo my entire feet, I asked her to just redo my two big toes. Which I thought wouldn’t be a big issue. They continued to try and tell me they wouldn’t fix it because it was already done, which that has never mattered at any nail salon in America. Usually if you ask them to fix something they just do. I would have usually just accepted the wrong doing but I was not about to walk out the door with my two big toes being that long. It amazed me at how much just simply fixing two big toes bothered them. I had the lady that was servicing try and file them which ofc chipped the paint. I again asked her to redo the two toe nails, and she finally agreed to do it. Mind you I was not rude or anything. She then proceeds to file my nail on my toe all the way to the white meat, which caused me to jerk my foot. My two big toes are now raw from her being upset about a simple fix. I politely paid my money and asked to speak with the owner or manager. The lady servicing me told me there was no one I could speak with. So I asked the lady at the register, she said they would come talk to me in a few. I sat and waited 20mins and no one ever came to speak with me. This incident was very disappointing, because I really liked coming here. I will not be returning. Being treated poorly when you spending your hard earned money is unacceptable. Hopefully they see this and treat their customers better. 😕 photo shows how red and raw my toe was left.

My daughter and I went in and immediately were greeted!! Nice service waa wonderful!! I requested hard gel service with French inspired design! My daughter received special pedicure with gel polish and special manicure with gel polish!!

BE WARNED: On 5/31, I decided to treat myself to some self-care for my birthday. Bliss Nail Bar in Morrow, GA has always been my go-to spot because they’re usually swift and friendly. I booked a pedicure and eyebrow waxing, wanting to look and feel good for my birthday dinner that evening. The pedicure, though slow, went fine. But the eyebrow waxing? It was a traumatizing experience. The waxing room looked nothing like the rest of the salon. It was filthy. wax splattered on the walls, run-down furniture, and overall felt unsanitary and unsettling. I was immediately uneasy. Still, when the waxer walked in and seemed friendly, I decided to give it a chance. That was a mistake. She didn’t wash her hands. No gloves. No preparation. She went straight to dipping a stick into the wax and applying it to my skin. The wax was way too hot: so hot it burned. She applied a strip and ripped it off, clearly not noticing or caring about the damage she had just done. My skin started burning and became irritated almost instantly. The service was rushed. I paid and left, still trying to enjoy my day. But later, as I was getting my makeup done, I noticed the skin around my eyebrows was red, inflamed, and painful to the touch. Still, I pushed through the evening. The next morning, I woke up horrified. The area was burned. My skin was discolored, scabbing, and clearly damaged. I immediately returned to Bliss to show them what had happened. The so-called “manager” barely understood me, took a photo, and offered me ointment. Why would I trust them to apply anything else to my face after what they’d already done? And what was their solution for my damaged skin….. for the permanent scarring I now have to live with? A $10 refund. $10. This is how Bliss Nail Bar treats loyal customers when they’ve clearly done something wrong. Be very careful if you choose to visit them. especially if you’re receiving any kind of waxing service. The lack of hygiene, professionalism, and accountability is shocking. FYI! I’ll be taking further action.
