Signature Nails and Beauty Monroe

I got my nails done by Lisa on 08/30/2025. She was very nice and nails looked good. But immediately after she was finished, 2 of my nails started bleeding. I showed her and she put some alcohol on it. I washed my hands and applied antibiotic ointment but it has not helped. I’m not sure if the equipment was dirty, or she was just too rough when she was filing my nails, or a combination of both. But the rim around my 2 fingers are definitely infected now. Can someone contact me concerning this matter. Mabe a deep cleaning of equipment or more lessons on how not to injure the skin while filing the nails will help this from happening to someone else.

Went in today with my niece. We have been here once before and they did a great job. However today they rushed and just a few hours later the paint is coming off of my nail. I live an hour away and work during the week and won’t be able to go back until next weekend. But I am upset with the quality my niece and I got today. Her nails are sharp sharp and I have to file them because they don’t seemed filed. Some of the artwork on hers looks rushed but overall she is satisfied. I am not though. For what I pay to get them done, I expected better quality. Super sweet people but they just didn’t take their time so the quality isn’t what it should be. I understand it was a busy day, but I just wish they would’ve took time so I wouldn’t have to go with nails that are already chipping. UPDATE: they reached out to me and are going to fix it!!

One of the best nail salon experiences I’ve ever had! The place is super clean and relaxing, and the staff makes you feel welcome right away. Lisa was the one who did my nails, and she was absolutely lovely—so sweet and professional. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. My nails turned out exactly how I imagined, even better! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and attention to detail.

Jimmy far exceeded my expectations! I did go in for a repair basically, from the mess up that the sister store did. I still had to pay for an acrylic upgrade, plus another upgrade charge..which I didn't think was right but I paid it anyway. I appreciated having my nails done right this time around.

I really loved my nails but when my toe nails were being done, they were hurt and it’s still sore. the work wasn’t as clean as I’d like and my pinky does burn when I wash my hands. Other than that, I did like the pedicure service and I like how my designs turned out.
