Had to take back my review of my nails after my set popped off during work, revealing RINGS OF FIRE on almost all my nails!! The nail designs themselves were cute yes, but my natural nail was totally filed down too much leaving painful indentations. A quick google search will tell you this is NOT normal and actively damaging your nails!! Make sure your nail techs are properly trained in using the drill otherwise your nails will take MONTHS to heal!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Modern Nail Spa & Skin Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a relaxing atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. My nail technician was incredibly skilled and attentive, taking the time to ensure every detail was perfect. I left with gorgeous nails that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Modern Nail Spa & Skin Care to anyone looking for top-notch service and a luxurious nail experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and unfortunately, I will not be returning. The man who did my manicure asked me for approval of my nail shape to make sure it was straight and the shape I wanted. I told him 2-3 times that the shape was crooked. I appreciated him asking me for reassurance, but all of my nails are not the same shape. In fact, some of them are crooked even after I told him to fix it. It's my fault for not paying more attention to the shape of my nails, but you would think that with their expertise, they would know how to naturally shape a nail without it being crooked. Also, the cuticle cleaning hurt and I had a lot of dry skin still hanging around my nails after the trimming. And the gel manicure was messy. I have nail polish over my cuticles. And the hand massage afterwards was so rough and quick. It definitely felt like he was rushing. As for my pedicure, the lady who did my pedicure was sweet but the polish work is not good. You can clearly see where the second layer of polish is not even aligned with the first layer. It's not clean work. Also, the lady doing my pedicure kept getting up several times to do other things around the salon which is inconsiderate of my time. I paid $87 (not including tip) for a gel manicure & the second level pedicure with regular polish, and my daughter's basic manicure ($15 for kids). I understand that it was towards the end of the day, but I am still a paying customer expecting good service.

Got my nails done May 20th and gel chipped May 22nd. That is literally 2 days which isn’t supposed to happen at all!! The guy who did my nails didn’t do the base coat before polishing. I hate telling people how to do their job I thought it was strange but assumed he knew something I didn’t. But that is most likely the cause of my nail chipping or cheap polish. Now I’ll have to find someone to do my nails and pay again. I travel for work I won’t be home till next week. I will definitely be calling them to see how they can compensate me! Overpriced as well a fill in which is what I got $52 for my nails to look like this! I called before going there to ask the price and they told me $42 which is reasonable asked the nail tech to cut my cuticles idk if that was an extra $10 which is insane.

Very pleased with how quickly they served me for a Saturday afternoon. I had a manicure & a pedicure. I especially liked the service I received for my pedicure. My technician didn't give her name but she was very attentive. A couple of things they could've done better is offer me a beverage & provided a nail dryer after my manicure.
