I LOVE this place! The atmosphere is amazing and so relaxing & it smells like lavender throughout the entire building. The facility is very clean and so cozy with all of the flowers & the calming music they play throughout the building. I have been to 3 pilates sessions now & every time I’ve gone, I leave feeling proud of myself, stronger, and more flexible. Gabbie & Nicole are great instructors. They both explain things perfectly & are very kind and supportive, which is definitely something everyone needs when they are learning something new, such as pilates! I’m definitely going to continue to come here as I haven’t been disappointed once. I’d love to try some of their spa services in the future as well! Great place, wonderful people. 💜

The absolute BEST spa in the area! The staff is always friendly and professional. Their wonderfully relaxing environment makes you feel safe and cozy. Rhonda gives the very best deep tissue massage I have ever had! I feel so much better for days afterward. I would give them 10 stars if I could. After you complete a quick and easy questionnaire, the staff treats you to a tailored relaxing experience of your choice. I will never go anywhere else.

Protect your spiritual and physical health. I did a thing today—my first Colonic Hydrotherapy session! About 15 minutes in, I started feeling very sick to my stomach from all the toxin buildup 😳, but wow… what an experience! They were very friendly, professional and prompt in providing service. My fiancée and I visited for a couples massage and they did a really great job and applied a good amount of pressure. I loved the scalp massage!
