This nail spa is absolutely the BEST! Superb customer service. The ambiance is relaxing, comfortable, and always clean. Not to mention, a beverage is always offered. I choose wine of course ;-) Julie gives amazing pedicures and her massages are phenomenal.. Don and Anne does exceptional with nails very detail oriented, which I love and I am never disappointed. My daughter loves Annie and I love them all. My gel nails and toes always last for 3 and even 4 weeks. Been coming for 2 years now and they will always have a loyal customer... If I could give more than 5 stars I would because they deserve it... They are consistent. Great work!

The attitude of the employees (except for the man with gray tips on his hair he was very sweet) is horrendous. These nails were $75 and $65 dollars… I have gone to more high end salons paid the same price and had INTRICATE nails. From the moment we walked in they were rude to us about what color we wanted, this is the worst my nails have ever looked, and when we did speak up we were met with severe attitude in front of other customers… unfortunately I did not get that man’s name. He was middle aged, a bit tubby, and was wearing a thick silver chain. If you want your nails done and don’t want to yelled at I suggest going anywhere else. We had a great experience. Made a same day reservation and were treated with great service. We had gel mani/pedi. My mother has diabetes and they took extra care with her. Jenni and everyone that helped had wonderful services but I didn’t catch all there names. I chose 4 instead of 5 stars because it is a bit pricey compared to other places in the area but it’s clean and pretty inside. I would definitely return.

Gel full set started lifting, on all fingers, a few days later. Went back a second time and the service (nail tech’s attitude) was subpar. I tried again on 12/22/23. (See pics which were taken the same night through day 3.) Nails started peeling the same night. I went back the very next morning, on 12/23/23, as I spent $98! Nails began peeling AGAIN and chipping away. I called them to tell them this is unacceptable. While they offered to fix, I just can’t afford to spend any more time for this to only happen again. The quality, of their products, is very poor. Nice atmosphere, but the cost does not support the quality. Unless you have funds to throw away, I will not recommend. Extremely disappointing.
