The ladies in the shop were nice and my pedicure looked good but I was extremely disappointed with the SNS manicure I received. I showed the nail tech photos of what I wanted and she tried to achieve the look, but the SNS was very thick, lumpy, uneven, and did not extend to my cuticles so it looked like my nails were done about two weeks ago immediately upon finishing. The technician also did not clean up my cuticles or the skin around my nail bed, and when I pointed this out, she pushed back my cuticles but didn’t trim them and told me she would use the Dremel to clean them up after she applied the SNS. She then tried applying several layers of gel polish on top of the SNS to cover up the gap between the SNS and my cuticles, resulting in a really uneven, unattractive finish. Later that same evening, my SNS nails began lifting and falling off. I’ve done SNS on myself many times and have had it done at other salons and usually I get two weeks of wear out of them, but

I had a great experience at this nail salon! The service was excellent and quick, but I never felt rushed. I really appreciate how the staff took their time to ensure everything was done perfectly. I can't wait to come back and try some of their other services!

My wife and I got our nails done here a few weeks ago. I got a plain design, but my wife got a freehand 3D flower design. Staff was super nice and did a fantastic job, and when my wife lost one of her nails while we were carving pumpkins, they fixed it for free and even gave us the remaining glue. 100% recommend!

Highly pleased with the customer service! They offer water and make sure you are comfortable. My nail tech took her time to ensure my pedicure was perfect. It had nice massage chairs, tv, and music. They don’t have nail dryers but I was able to sit in chair until my nails were dry. It’s definitely a must try.

Pleasant atmosphere and kind workers. However, I got a gel manicure and was not happy with. It was streaky, nails were not uniformly shaped, and cuticles weren't cleaned properly. The day after, I called Sugar Nails and asked if they could fix the issues. They did so graciously, addressed and fixed all my concerns, and it was complimentary. I appreciate this businesses' dedication to customer service, and my nails look great now!
