I love julie. she is fantastic. She is so sweet and I’ve never loved upset of nails more in my life. she’s the kindest person I have ever met and I really enjoyed talking to her. I felt so comfortable while she was doing my nails and I can’t wait to come back. I went to get my acrylics filled on 7/12. By 7/16 an entire nail popped off and 5 nails had chipping paint. I went in morning of 7/18 to get them fixed and they mentioned that have a 2 week guarantee for any nail service. By evening of 7/19 another different nail had completely fallen off and gel completely peeled up on thumb nail. Since 7/19 four more nails have broken and fallen off after lifting at the base. These breaks have ripped off my nails I have been growing out and now they are in pain. You would be better off getting stick on nails from the dollar store that would last longer. I’ve sent all this info to their Instagram account as it has happened in real time but no one answers that account apparently. I personally don’t have the time to come in and get my nails fixed every 4 days when the amount I paid should have provided longer lasting nails. Very disappointed and looking for new salon recommendations. Photos attached don’t show the 3 nails I had to glue back on this morning.

Julie it’s usually who does my nails and she always does an amazing job! She’s super sweet and professional. The staff is also very lovely and great. They definitely are my salon of choice.

The paint on 2 of my nails is uneven and has textured streaks (I did not notice them in the shop, and by the time I did, the doors were locked as it was after 7pm). There is extra glue/acrylic under my nails and on my cuticles. My pedicure, I assume it was his first day, but he cut my toenails to almost nothing, and I did not get the services I paid for! The milk and honey pedicure says that it comes with 1) a warm neck pillow, didn’t get that. And 2) a hot stone massage which was also not provided. Had I remembered this in the moment, I would have said something, but since my nails and toes were being done at the same time, I could not look at my phone to verify, and it was 7:15 by the time they finished. I was in a hurry to get them done today and went off the 4.7 star rating on google, but now that I look at recent reviews, I see that I’m not the only one with issues from this place. I had high hopes about finding a home nail salon after trying 3 others in the area, but, the search will continue…

This was luxury service! It was my first time and I thoroughly enjoyed my gel pedicure from Ms. Jenny (pedicure) and Mr.Fang (acrylic on toenail). I got the Milk and Honey pedicure. First time experiencing the hot wax on my feet too and I loved it. All of the pedicure services excluding the basic comes with a heated neck pillow(Burberry print) and complimentary drink(non alcoholic or alcoholic). It’s located in a very big and busy plaza so parking was simple and easy. The salon is fairly new but amazing diversity in technicians and superb service.
