Great customer service, but this was the worst gel polish I’ve had in 24 years of getting my nails done. My nails weren’t shaped right, the polish looks terrible, and I’m disappointed I paid $25 for this. I’m going home to fix it myself.

Kim is amazing she is a burst of energy and super talented. I was just in a week ago and normally my nails last more than a few weeks however, this set started to lift. I called in spoke with Kim whom did my nails along with her dad Charlie. Not only did they fix my nails free of charge, I gave Kim free range to design my nails for my up coming trip and she did a wonderful job!!!

amazing customer service, terrible actual service. the ladies were so sweet and accommodating but they had a literal child do my polish and she of course did not do very well. they can hardly be called french tips. the shape is terrible as well. i asked for a half refund for the acryllic service only and was offered $15 back out of 45 when my shape was abysmal, the line art was garbage, and there was literal lint cemented into multiple nails. i think i was very understanding, especially considering these are my prom nails for TOMORROW EVENING but the ladies immediately became very snappy and bitter when i pointed out my very valid grievances.

I went on Friday to get a new set of nails and was given a fill in instead. They were bulky and not the coffin shape I asked for. The fill in didn’t even go all the back to my cuticle on one hand, and none of the nails were smooth down. They were all bumpy. I asked for a refund and they refused telling me that there was nothing wrong with the nails so they couldn’t do a refund. They offered to give me a new set for free which I appreciated and took thinking it would be better, until I woke up this morning to my nails peeling, it’s only Sunday and I haven’t even had them for 48 hours yet and they are messed up again. I don’t recommend this place nor will I ever be going back. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

This place is a hidden gem in Grayson. Nail salons are all over but it is one thing to come in and feel like you are family. I walked in (it was a Wednesday) I was serviced immediately. I was looking for a neutral color and I loved how they made sure I was getting what I asked for or if temperature of water, etc. was too hot. I especially loved how they treated their seniors. I don't know if senior discount day LOL but they made sure everyone felt welcomed and cared for properly. Also reasonable prices! I will be back.
