This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. This guy was on my nails over two hours for a fill in. I had three different peoples on my nails to try to fix them. And they had the nerves to still try to over charge me. I will never return. They don’t care if your nails are done right they just want the money. Don’t waste your time and money there. No it was not a new set it was a fill in and you guys are not honest people now you are making it seem like the customer is in the wrong for your workers that do not know what they are doing. You all have integrity issue. You were going to charge me $50 for a fill in. He clip the nails with a clipper and cracked over five nails you guys are the worse and dishonest people. I will share this with every platform that I have because you are the most ridiculous human being ever. Stop giving false information when you are in the wrong. Own up to your mistakes. And I told the lady yesterday that I wasn’t coming back but you will loss more customers after this. Do this look like a false claim and still paid y’all for this. I didn’t come to get anything free just wanted to get what I paid for. So stop with the nonsense like y’all got ripped off . I was the one that got ripped off .So take pride in this!!!!!!!!Have a wonderful day!!!!

the experience was lovely and so was ms. diana :)! she was so sweet and the conversation was nice, my nails and toes came out super cute.

Came in for a soak off because it’s close to my place and I needed my nails removed asap. Everything was fine, she sat me to soak but I’m noticing time was just passing by almost an hour later. She was doing two other ladies nails. She finally came back, then asked me to soak for 5-10 more minutes at this point my nails are soaked off so I’m highly confused and my hands are covered in products. I got up washed my hands and walked to the register, then she asks me am I all finished? Then proceeds to offer me oil to oil my hands! As if I’m not paying you to complete a service. Poor customer service, to think I was considering coming back for a pedicure at least. Because I already have a nail tech. But no thank you. Smh

Punny will eat every time. She’s very professional and attentive to what you need. And she’s the sweetest person ever. 10/10 recommend.

I got my nails done on 7/3/25 and my nails were very thin like the tech didn’t put enough acrylic on the nails to the top that they can bend..so with them being able to bend they broke within the next 2 days on both hands..horrible experience..I do not recommend this to anybody..on top of that the application isn’t smooth it’s like I have a speed bump on my nails..if I could give 0 stars I would. I had to provide the proof to you guys..the polish that I got on my toes for my pedicure was all on my skin.how can you mess up polishing toes. Very distasteful. I wanted a full set and end up getting a full reck and a pedicure and got a pedi-failure.
