I booked a couples deep tissue massage for my partner and me because we both were in need of it. Miss Marcia did my partners massage and he said it was a good massage. I had Miss Sheela and I explained i needed her to focus from the waist down, primarily my hips and thighs due to trigger points and I stressed I needed deep tissue. She barely focused on these areas and whenever she got to a painful area and I expressed it was painful she spent no time on it and instead wanted to rub my face and run her fingers through my hair which made me uncomfortable and then she wanted to do stretches to my legs instead of massaging me. To say it was a disappointment is an understatement. For the price it was definitely not worth it. Be careful booking here....you may not get what you pay for. I'm still sore in all the places I told her needed attention AND I'm out $200.00. She asked at the end if I was satisfied and I told her as tactfully as i could that i was not and told her why and there was no offer given to compensate for not getting the service I paid for.

My husband surprised me with a surprise massage here. Im only rating 2 stars due to the receptionist being nice, otherwise id rate 1 star. The spa is really clean and has a nice aroma that sets a calming atmosphere. My issue however is with the masseuse. Before she came in she was talking on the phone, then i hear her say “I'm at work , Im going to call you back.” She proceeded to come in and start my massage. Now this is my first time getting a “professional” massage, however I’ve taken cosmetology and was taught and shown how to properly do a massage. With that being said, the massage was subpar to say the least. It didn’t feel like I was being massage with the intention of providing relaxation, just felt like she was just rubbing me. When she got to my shoulder she added unnecessary extra force which was very uncomfortable. To make my experience even worse, here phone started ringing in her pocket which buzzed against the massage chair. She didn't answer but i can hear her putting her phone down. Throughout my massage I kept hearing the sounds of beads rattling. I later found out thats she has beads attached to her phone case which confirmed my assumption thats she was texting throughout my massage. I would get frequent stops and then hear the beads rattling. It ended very abruptly also. It gave “okay your done, your water will be waiting for you on the counter.” I was very dissatisfied and so was my husband who was trying to surprise me with a good time. I would however consider coming back to this establishment and trying out another masseuse. But its clear whoever I went to doesn't enjoy this field of work. I came to the reviews immediately after my appointment and saw a review where someone was mentioning the exact same actions and without a shadow of doubt, i know we went to the same person.

Received a gift certificate to this place, so I came here for a couples massage. My husband's massage he said was good, however I asked for deep tissue and that's the type of massage I booked, however I did not receive deep tissue at all from the massage therapist that was working on me. She never even asked how her pressure was, etc. Wouldn't go back, as you might not get what you book.

I went this past Friday in the morning around (10:15 am) on my day off to get a Swedish massage, and unfortunately it wasn't the greatest. When I got there, I was greeted really well and given a tour. Overall, the place was clean, and the staff was very kind. I have no complaints there, however, my complaint is with the one who massaged me. Once my session started, I had informed the girl that my upper right shoulder and lower left back was where I need the most work done due to getting into a car accident in 2021 and my job (which is physical/food service) has put a strain on my back. The masseuse acknowledged my request, but didn't follow through. Not once did I feel any pressure or extra care on the parts I requested. I was constantly getting rubbed. I've had a Swedish massage before, and I can confirm this was not it. This was a regular massage, if you want to call it that. At one point, I heard their phone buzz and the masseuse stopped what they were doing and from what I assume answered their text. Unfortunately, this happened a more few times throughout my hour-long appointment. While working on my leg, they were rubbing with one hand to make it look like they were massaging me while using their phone with their other hand. When she flipped me over, she spent a lot of time focusing on my actual shoulder blades and my ears. At this point, I was over it. Another point is we kept listening to Whitney Houston throughout the entire session. I've always listened to calming music, so listening to secular music was odd. Towards the end, she asked if I wanted cold or room temperature water. I didn't understand what she was referring to, because I wasn't sure if we were done yet. I asked, "for what?" and she simply replied, "it'll be outside" and left me to get dressed. When asked how everything went, I said it was "good" but, the truth is, it was terrible. Would I go back? Maybe, I would consider it because of how nice the staff treated me, but I would never get a message from the woman I had again. (Mind you, I spent $95 for a 60-minute massage and got no relief as my back is still hurting) UPDATE: The owner reached out to me after seeing my review and was so apologetic about my experience that she offered to give me a massage for free. Of course that was my not intention as I explained over the phone but she made a good call out and said for every 1 bad review, 7 others experienced the same thing. I could tell she truly cared about her business and that’s important because it shows you care. I took up her offer and wow, she did amazing!! She was so kind, and really took her time on the areas I needed work on and then showed me some exercises to do in the morning to help stretch my body when it was done. She hugged me and thanked me for visiting. Overall the experience was 10/10 and I would love to come back. Thank you so much for turning this experience around ❤️

My daughter booked us a couples massage and Miss Tasha and Miss Sheila did an amazing job. We will be returning and recommend this place for all who need to distress and relax. 10/10✨
