First time visiting this location. High priority for hygienic washing and cleanliness. Friendly acknowledgments of my presence by Monique. My nail tech was Navii, seemed to grasp my needs without me saying much. My nails were well formed and manicured, she did a beautiful job styling them.

I was hoping to love this nail salon and remain a loyal customer, but unfortunately it won’t happen. My initial visit was with Scott, whom does a good job. My second time was with Syd, she does good also and the young lady that wears green hair sometimes(her name doesn’t come to mind). During my last appointment, which was originally scheduled with Syd; Upon arrival, I was assigned to another tech (Tiffany), which I later discovered was new based on the look of my nails upon completion. I noticed several imperfections and was dissatisfied. I did reach out to the owner to make him aware of the dissatisfaction and he was accepting of the feedback, so we agreed for a redo but he was to notify me of the availability for Syd( the tech that should have done my set) to do my nails and I never received a follow up. I believe in allowing second chances, but that option didn’t happen. I didn’t want a refund, I simply wanted my nails done right. I’m giving the business its flowers, but also the criticism.

This place is so professional and clean. Every time I come I am greeted almost immediately with passion and excitement. Tiffany is wonderful and so sweet and respectful. THANK YOU TIFF!! 😁

I arrived and welcomed immediately, I also was immediately started on. The vibe was very relaxing and homey. The place is classy and clean. A definite must try, I definitely will be back!!!!!

Let me tell you I STUMBLED upon this BLACK OWNED nail salon and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. My tech Monique was professional and super courteous and knowledgeable. I love keeping my money in my community. They just gained a new customer! Highly recommend ‼️☺️
