Summer and the team are the absolute best! They go above and beyond for their customers, and every person there feels like family! The quality of work is unmatched and if my nails didn't grow so quickly my manicures would last upwards of 6 weeks with gel builder, and I still get 3 to 4 weeks comfortably!

I’ve been coming to The Nail Lab for a long time, and at this point, the staff honestly feels like family. Every visit is consistent, comfortable, and welcoming — they always greet me with genuine kindness and take such amazing care of me. The salon is clean, bright, and relaxing, but it’s the people who make it special. My nails always turn out perfect, no matter who I see. They pay attention to the details, remember my preferences, and never rush through the service. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this appreciated and this at home, but The Nail Lab delivers it every time. I’m a loyal customer for life.

Summer and her team at Nail Lab are the BEST. I’ve never had a bad nail tech here. They always give me exactly what I ask for, have great suggestions if I can’t decide what to get, and are transparent about all of their prices. They respect your time, so they will be honest if they don’t have time for a walk-in. I definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time.

I usually go to Lab Nails for gel manicures and have had decent experiences in the past. However, this time was really disappointing. Within just 5 days, the topcoat started peeling off — something that shouldn’t happen with a gel manicure, especially after paying over $60. It felt rushed and not up to their usual standards. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I’ve been coming here for 6 months and the staff are always so kind and welcoming. The environment feels different than most nail salons and everyone who works there is so artistically talented! They really seem to care about nail health as well. Pearl does a PERFECT job and takes her time, I can’t recommend her enough!
