2025-10-04Wonderful experience. Karen did a great job. I was so pleased and highly recommend. I had been using a different nail salon for 2 years and it has went some changes and I have not been happy with my visits there the past 5 times so I knew I needed to move on. Utopia was recommended to me and I am so thankful. The quality and pride taken and shown was much appreciated. I felt very welcome and salon is beautiful. Thank you Karen for such a great job! First time doing builder gel and cat eye technique and I absolutely love it 🥰

2025-12-19This is actually the best nail shop I have been to. All the techs are nice and really enjoy their clientele. I love that I can bring in a design and have it done well. My tech is Sony but all the techs are amazing.

2025-10-25Lee did so good on my snoopy!! I absolutely love it!! I highly recommend utopia . They know what they are doing there. They are all very friendly and they always ask you if you like your nails before they continue so you get what you ask for !! Go check them out I promise you will not be disappointed!!

2025-08-19My favorite nail salon to come to. Lovely staff, beautiful building. Everyone is so kind and talented. At my most recent trip, Sony did a phenomenal job. He listened to everything i asked for and showed great kindness. He was very detailed in his work and gave me exactly what I wanted, which deserves this 5 star review. I highly recommend this salon and will always come back.

2025-10-17I arrived in Cleveland, TN for a wedding and was in need of a pedicure. I googled and found this place. I arrived 45 minutes before closing and was welcomed warmly. My mail tech was amazing, the salon was clean and very nice. The massage chairs were amazing and my nails came out perfect. I wish I loied closer than 10 hours away. This would be my permanent spot!!!
